The data implies that the level of forgiveness to self of the female parents having a child with

disabilities is likely to forgive. According to Case Western Reserve University psychologist by Exline

(2008), men have a harder time forgiving than women do. Thus, when it comes to research on forgiveness,

generally women are more forgiving than men, but those studies didn’t ferret out the marriage factor.

forgiving. Based on research by Bhadgaonkar (2017), Parents having a child with intellectual disability is

unforgiving for oneself. The quality of life of both parent and child gets affected. Therefore children having

physical disability has a higher level of forgiveness than children having intellectual disability.

majority of the female parents are likely to forgive. It also shows that the level of forgiveness to situations

of adults is likely to forgive while elderly adult parents are usually to forgive. It implies that the level of the

forgiveness to situations of married and single having a child with disabilities is likely to forgive. And

lastly, this table reported that the level of forgiveness of parents having a child with intellectual disability

are likely to forgive while for parents having a child with physical disability are usually forgiving.
