AFFIDAVIT OF NO OBJECTION

We, RENEE R. MARTIREZ, MONSERAT MASBAD and LIBERTAD RUIZ, both of legal age,
Filipinos, and residents of Iloilo City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and state:

That we are the joint owners of Lots 374 and 324 located in Magugba, Libacao, Aklan
wherein a land accretion which according to the actual survey made by Geodetic Engineer Lucas
L. Francisco contains an approximate total area of Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five
(18,975) square meters near the Aklan River was formed for almost over (30) years ago and is
recently claimed by the municipality of Libacao under any existing law;

That due to our lack of interest, we hereby manifest our no objection or opposition to
above-mentioned claim for ownership over said land accretion by the municipality of Libacao,
over the same, which in effect, the relinquishment of our rights over it;

That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, free from any
duress or threat, out of our own free will and for whatever legal purposes this may serve.
