For grade 8 The teacher has done the correction but there has been overestimation of marks. The
(A/B/C) teacher was instructed well before. However, he seems to have been learning the
9(A/B) correction style according the school’s policy. I have instructed him about the
seriousness. Therefore he was asked to work on the checking once more. He was asked to
go through it again.

Has not attempted 15 and 16. Some questions like question 4 he copied the questions and
left undone. The correct is good. One mark was reduced to make the total 25 only

The paper has been well corrected and well remarked. Totaling is ok.

Poor spelling ability noticed. Errors can be noticed in copying from question as well. Has
attempted all questions but there are problems in the answers. The chickening is fine.

Here too some grammar issues emerge. Writing format has not been followed properly. The
statements are not copied although they were necessary. The creative writing was written
long with four paragraphs. However, there are many grammar issues. Checking is well and
totaling is ok.
3 4B34 Sulaxana Thapa - Has worked well in overall. Problem emerged in sentence making and identifying the type of
sentences. A couple of other grammar issues also have emerged in course. Creative writing is
well written with very few grammar issues. Totaling is fine and checking is good.

1 4C33 Yonex Gauchan - Very poor writer. He has problem in copying as well. He is very careless in class. He hardly
cares about spelling rather writing whimsically. Seems to have missed out everything. He has
left some questions (13,15,16). Checking is fine and totaling is correct.
2 4C4 Arosh Adhikari - Has immature handwriting. Unseen text comprehension is poorly done. Only two textual
questions are correct. He has not formed sentences as it was asked. The teacher has checked
the paper sincerely and totaling is ok.
3 4C22 Om Shrestha - Despite his hand broken, he attempted the exam. He has not been able to attempt all the
questions. Some seven questions were left by him. He has scored just 25.

4 4C34 Yujal Tamrakar - Has worked well in overall. Problem emerged in sentence making and identifying the type of
sentences. A couple of other grammar issues also have emerged in course. Creative writing is

4 provided comments where ever it is necessary. She has given the quality answers. Totaling is

2 5A32 Sayesh Prajapati - Poor performance especially in grammar and unseen comprehension. Has not attempted at
least three questions. Checking is sincere and the totaling is fine.
3 5A14 Binayak Dhakal - Handwriting and spelling is immature. He needs to pay attention to how much should be
written for the particular answer. Checking is fine and totaling is correct.
1 5B 17 Chakshu Devkota - Careful corrections, mistakes are marked well and even corrected in some places. Totaling is

2 5B3 Anika Munikar - She is a below average student. The teacher has corrected most of the errors in the answer

student is very active in the class however his written works is usually unsatisfactory. The
answer sheet is well corrected and well marked. The totaling is ok.

sheet is well corrected and well marked. Comments have been provided in places where it is
necessary. The totaling is ok.
2 5C24 Sauhard Pandit - Very clean writing from the student. Creative writings were also well developed with a very
few errors marked. He has got only one incorrect answer in grammar section. Checking is
good. Remarks given at necessary places. Totaling is ok.
3 5C33 Swikriti Ghimire - She has very poor spelling. She has not attempted at four questions. Her English speaking is
much better than writing. The teacher has checked well and put remarks where necessary.
1 6A23 Rehana Shrestha - Excellent work. Well corrected. The child has lost only 1.5 marks in creative writing section
only.
2 6A15 Karma Gurugn - Has been very poor in class as well as in the test. He has just copied some of the questions
and not made attempts to answer. Very poor handwriting. He is a beginner in sentence
structure as well. He has got some grace marks (3) from the teacher to make him pass
through with the minimum score. The checking has been fine and totaling is ok.
3 6A6 Angella Hirachan - Angell has done poorly. She has not attempted the vocabulary questions. Her creative
writing section is also not good as she has not maintained proper development. She has
copied some of the parts of the questions even though it was not necessary. Totaling is fine.
4 6A10 Bishowjeet Bhandari - The child has done fine in the test. He has missed only four marks. Checking is done
sincerely.
1 6B1 Aaditya Thapaliya - The result is poor. Problem has been seen in vocabulary mainly. The creative writing section
is also not done well. The biography writing, though it was done is class, has not been done
satisfactorily. The checking is sincere and the totaling is fine.
2 6B25 Shikha Adhikari - Well written work. She has lost only five marks. The teacher has written the comment why
she lost the point in creative writing section. Otherwise, excellent work. The totaling is ok.
3 6B12 Jagan Khadaka - He has problem in spelling as well as writing basic graphemes. For example instead of
birthday he has written ‘birth bay’ at once and then ‘dirthbay’ at another time while writing
an invitation car. His handwriting is also too poor. Basic sentence structure is also not
displayed in the answer sheet. The teacher has marked such errors and corrected well.
Totaling is also fine.
1 6C31 Tseyang Dolma Sherpa - Well written answers. A few spelling mistakes have been seen at places for which she has
been penalized by the teacher. In creative writing section, there have been some problems.
The teacher has marked all those things properly and totaling is fine.
2 6C27 Srishti Mandal - Very fine handwriting. She has made mistakes in writing in order. Some errors have been
noticed in some grammar sections as well. In creative writing section, some sentences
particles were missing and the teacher has amended the structures. The checking is fine and
the totaling is ok.
3 6C7 Diya Khadka - The teacher has graced one mark and made her pass. She has done the work poorly. Her
creative writing section is too poor. She has problem in every aspects including grammar to
comprehension. The teacher has checked the work sincerely. However in the section like
creative writing some kind of over rating can be felt.
1 December 7A15 Kabish Pokhrel - Excellent work. Well structured writing in creative writing section and the other sections

2 7A35 Tanisha Shah - Very poor child. She has left her some of the questions undone. Even the story is written in
present tense. Vocabulary questions are not good. Besides, the comprehension section is also
not good. The checking has been done well. The totaling is fine.
3 7A16 Kaya Adhikari - The problems can be seen in reading comprehension section. The tense of the answer has
not been maintained as per the questions. There are several structural errors in the creative
writing section. The Teacher has marked the errors and checking is done well. The totaling is
also fine.
1 7B20 Nirjala Gautam - She is an average student. There noticeable errors in creative writing section. Especially she
needs to work on writing proper vocabulary and well structured sentences. Despite writing a
long answer for question 12 she has lost marks significantly. The teacher has checked the
work finely and the errors are marked. The totaling is ok.
2 7B13 Diwas Adhikari - Very poor result. He has problems in all the sections. The teacher has marked the errors in
the paper and written comments at places. The totaling is ok.

missing here. The answers are marked well and totaling is ok.
1 8A30 Soyam Man Shakya - Poor performance though he has passed. Got 39 out of 75%. He needs to improve his
handwriting and he needs to work on grammar as well as creative writing section.
Vocabulary is the poorest part among all. The teacher has checked the paper satisfactorily

2 8A1 Aman Gharti Magar - He needs to work on handwriting. Reaching comprehension also does not seem to be good.
Particularly, the vocabulary part is not good at all. Has missed the basic writing mechanics of
capitalization, full stops and major punctuation marks. The teacher has noted these well. The
checking is satisfactory and the totaling ok.

are some occasional errors in answers. The checking is fine and the work is done well.

teacher has marked the errors spotted. Miss Rajaure expands her vocabulary that will be

fairness. His story had a single paragraph which needs improvement. His paragraph also
lacked proper organization and length. The checking if satisfactory and totaling is fine.
4 8B18 Manav KC - Manav needs a lot of improvements. He needs to improve his handwriting as well as be
careful in the class. He has not written the question numbers properly. The checking has
been done properly and the mark addition is ok.

He needs to follow the format properly. His essay has been better than before. He has
maintained the paragraphs kept the ideas in tract although it is not very excellent work. The

have understood the difference between formal and informal letters. He has also made
errors in reading comprehension. Even the things that were discusses in the class have been
missed out. He has not copied the text in question no 10 which is a must. He has also
problem in sentence structures. The checking has been fine and totaling is ok.

bothered about his study even in class. He did not follow the instructions on how to choose
the answer from multiple choices. The text in question 10 is not written which is a must. His
