QUESTION: WHAT IS THE ROLE OF K-12 TEACHER?

Teacher is the key to achieving the vision of K-12 education program. With this high demand for teacher
and will be able to fulfill significant role in k-12, more workload, mastering competencies, pre-service
training for the implementation of the said program.
Teachers is also the critical players in the K-12 Education Program, understand the rationale of K-12 and
the implication it will bring and prepared to implement the program for the orientations and trainings,
acquire the attributes and skills, be able to explain this education program to the stakeholders such as
students, parents and members in the community.
Teacher is to ensure and find ways to lead fit their talents and interest and to improve student learning
and influence practice among their peers.
