REFLECTION FOR NONTECHNICAL SEMINARS

NAÑASCA. I’m a member of nontechnical Group and being a member was good, fun, and enjoyable. Every
non-technical seminar was really helpful and worth attending for because I’ve had learned important things
that I may apply in the future.

VALDELLON. Participating in nontechnical seminars helped me to improve my soft skills, like enhancing my
leadership, boosting up my confidence, and learning new techniques that I can apply for my future career. It
also helped me to understand, to deal, and to act on different kinds of situation that I might encounter in the
near future. Moreover, I see myself ready, focused, and goal-oriented which are the qualities of being a good
professional engineer in the future.

LOYOLA – Nontechnical seminars are all about skills such as communication skills which we usually use in
our daily lives. Despite having difficulties during the preparations of these seminars, the team didn't lose hope
to find speakers and to invite a large group of people for the success of such events. To conclude,
nontechnical seminars had a great impact to each one of us, especially on improving our communication
skills.

MEDINA – I’m Joshua Medina, a member of nontechnical seminars group. Being a part of this team is so
great. You will acquire knowledge and learn a lot of things, especially in terms of communication skills and
pitching. It was fun to be part of this group because of challenging tasks like organizing seminars.

SANCHEZ - I learned a lot from all the nontechnical seminars. The seminars that I really like was about the
communication skills, persuasive communication and pitching, and leadership. These seminars would really
be helpful to me in improving my communication skills, especially when speaking in front of a crowd.

GABOTERO - We have attended several nontechnical seminars such as communication skills seminars
where I was trained to exercise persuasive communication. Being able to communicate properly and
effectively is the only weapon that we have as fresh graduates, especially when we apply for a job. Therefore,
our communication skills should be superior. Leadership seminars where I was taught the proper ways of
management, the characteristics of a good team player, and as a leader.

SAGCAL - Well, it was a great semester. I had fun with my groupmates even though we were bombarded
with a lot of paper works in a school, but still, we were able to finish the seminars and pass all the requirements.
This experience taught me a lot including on how to improvise and adapt to every situation especially on
problem-solving.

PERANG - During the course, I've enjoyed and learned a lot of things, ideas, and knowledge that could help
me for my future career. In our class, I belonged to the nontechnical group which focuses on topics and
seminars that tackles about communication skills, both entrepreneurship and technopreneurship, leadership
skills, and proper way of pitching. After attending all of those seminars, I personally think that the class really
gained a lot of things that could help everyone to achieve their goals that they pursue.
- Create a very catchy title.
- Make an introductory paragraph.
- Close this with a good conclusion. Di pwedeng ganito lang. Lagyan mo naman ng intro tsaka
conclusion.
