• Never allow the cleaning solutions to dry on, for this reason always treat part areas and rinse off cleaner residues with plenty of water (preferably with a hose not HP equipment).
• It is preferable that brushes and/or scrubbing brushes are deployed when working with acidic solutions, this helps to avoid aerosol (colloidal particle) formation and its inhalation.
• The required protective clothing such as safety goggles, gloves etc. must be worn when working with aggressive cleaning agents.
The cleaning products have been so formulated that they function effectively with cold water. Never clean wash brushes with “steam jet” equipment (= hot water), as this may permanently damage the brush material!
For car wash installation maintenance we recommend SONAX MoS2Oil NanoPro or SONAX SX90 PLUS. After cleaning apply a thin coating with a pump vaporizer or cloth on e.g. car wash, hinges, light barriers etc. You can obtain more detailed information about the above named products
from your responsible SONAX technical adviser. The mix ratios quoted above are guideline values and may be varied in individual cases, depending on the type and/or extent of soiling. In case of doubt please don’t hesitate to ask your contact person at SONAX before application.
