READ THIS CAREFULLY prior to installing the application.

- Once installed and launched (see Installation procedure), the application will
connect to the internet at once.
- If your firewall is in interactive mode DO NOT BLOCK INTERNET ACCESS with it.

Instead, add the following lines to your hosts file PRIOR TO installing the
software:

#16.217.0.0 = *.ip.att.net
127.0.0.1 16.217.0.0
127.0.0.1 rosettastone.com
127.0.0.1 launch.rosettastone.com
127.0.0.1 amp.rosettastone.com
127.0.0.1 resources.rosettastone.com
127.0.0.1 updates.rosettastone.com

To do so, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and edit the 'host' file with any

text editor. Add the above mentionned lines and save the file.

Installation procedure

1. Run setup, don't launch the application

2. Run update, don't launch the application
3. Copy and replace cracked files in program folder C:\Program files (x86)\Rosetta
Stone\Rosetta Stone Language Training

You may now launch the application, confirm the warnings regarding secure
connection and certificate (click Yes in both cases or it won't load).

All good and well, but right now you have no Language course available.

Open the text file Download Language courses and download your Language courses
from the list (download the basic language first + the relevant update if
available).
These downloads will be grabbed directly from Rosetta Stone's server.

Close the application and copy (or move) the desired basic Language course (.rsd
file) to:

- Windows XP: %Documents and Settings%\All Users\Application Data\Rosetta

Stone\Language Training\AutoInstall

- Windows 7: ProgramData\Rosetta Stone\Language Training\AutoInstall

- Windows 8: ProgramData\Rosetta Stone\Language Training\AutoInstall

Start the application, it will detect the rsd file and install it.
Once installed, the .rsd file file will be automatically moved to subfolder
Installed in above mentionned folder.
A window will pop up asking for a serial number, ignore the warning.

Repeat the procedure with the relevant update.
