Leader characteristics are in my genes.

In my life my classmates and neighbor’s askes me in

their life. In university I can help my colleagues in our study, how we can get information from
our doctors as much as we can. and after we finish study I am going to refine our skills to be
expert in my specialty. Studying and continue with doctors make us experts.

In study period we will study courses we didn’t know a lot of information about it. This
require a big work when we are going to work in group we can make it easy. In this period, I can
guide my colleagues how they can do their tasks, distribute suitable task to suitable student. I
will make briefs for each course to make it easy for each student.

After we finish bachelor degree, I am going to continue my study and apply my study in real
life. I will contact with experts in my field to get more information in my specification. I will help
them in searches. and I will search for a suitable job that make me expert in my field. Moreover,
I will help my colleagues to get good job and I can make good relationship, work under presser,
do many task at the same time, this character will help me in future.

Finally, good leader will appear by time. How he do his tasks in short time and in good way
with good benefits. In addition, how he can deal with problems and divide time for work and
studying.
