General Specifications:

 Speed: 17 Bags / Minute.

 Accuracy: ± 20gm for 50 Kg bag, (for 25 kg bag, to be specified by vendor).
 All components to be other than china make. (USA - Germany).
 Weighing product: Urea.
 Bag counting / weighing option to be provided within the control of machine.
 Bag weighted by machine to be controlled / displayed locally by touch screen as well
as Bagging Control Room.

Instruments Specifications:

 All pneumatic connectors and tubing should be FFC standard and it shall be
approved by FFC before replacement.
 The individual specification of all instruments being replaced to be submitted to FFC
for review and approval prior to installation.
 Latest documentation / literature of each section should be included at the time of
maintenance job.
 Each bucket should have Individual regulators.
 Individual SOV boxes to be used for each bucket.
 Proper sealing of JB’s at cable entrance.
 Cylinder boots to be provided along with package.
 Pulsation bottles to be provided.
 Tagging of SOV’s, gates, etc to be done properly.
 A base plate for single SOV checking at workshop to be provided by vendor.
 List of spares required for maintenance / overhauling to be mentioned in quotation
which will be provided at the time of overhauling.

Electrical Specifications:

 The control panel should be outdoor type. IP 54, weather proof, floor standing, fixed
type, and 02 mm stainless steel sheet fabricated.
 Frame of adequate height should be provided at bottom of panel to facilitate the
operator in operating the panel mounted HMI.
 The panel should be complete with interconnections, internal wiring, earthing
terminals, cable glands, cable entry from bottom with removable gland plate and
equipped with terminal strip consisting of CABUR connector of suitable sizes
provided at bottom of panel for connections of incoming and outgoing cables.

  Sleeve of suitable size to be used for the cable connection between the panel
interior and rear door.
 Single PLC to be used for control purpose (i.e. for controlling the HMI, load cell
controllers and field outputs to SOVs).
 Following to be provided by vendor prior to commissioning.

o Electrical wiring drawing of panel.

o Broachers and manual of components used.
o Dimensional drawing of panel.
o Layout of components in panel.
o Parts list.
o Software for programming of HMI and PLC along with connecting
cables for programming of HMI and PLC.

Mechanical Specifications:

 Material of the chute: SS-316.

 Mechanical drawing of the complete system to be provided prior to commissioning.
