PETER DAN P. PUNONGBAYAN

EO-ADMIN/REGISTRAR
ST. PETER’S COLLEGE

Dear Sir Punongbayan,

I am Junaiden Macunte, a student of St. Peter’s College in the Bachelors of Electrical Engineering
program. I am a candidate for graduation in March 2018 hopefully but due to a minor problem, I may not
be able to graduate.

Before I transferred to your school, I already took my ROTC 1 and ROTC 2 in my previous school.
Due to unknown reasons when I requested for my grades to the said school, I was astonished to know that
my grade on ROTC 1 was left ungraded or blank so obviously only my ROTC 2 was credited that time.
Expecting and hoping that I can enroll CWTS 1 and credit it to ROTC 1, I took the risk to enroll CWTS 1 last
semester 2017-2018. Now unfortunately, I was informed that I may encounter problems crediting it to
ROTC1 or worst may not be able to. Therefore, I am writing to request your good office to allow me to
convert my CWTS 1 to ROTC 1.

I really need to graduate this semester to be able to hopefully take the September 2018 Board
Examination hopefully.

Thank you for your kind consideration and God bless.

Sincerely Yours,

Junaiden Macunte

Dear Sir Punongbayan,

I am Junaiden Macunte, a student of St. Peter’s College in the Bachelors of Electrical Engineering
program. I am a candidate for graduation in March 2018 hopefully but due to a minor problem, I may not
be able to graduate. As per school tradition, any student who is a candidate for graduation will be allowed
to overload 6 units on his/her last semester. Currently, I am left with 34 remaining units under my course
program which entails that I have 9 excess units. The other 3 units from the 9 units is for CWTS 2. Therefore,
I am writing to request your good office to allow me to overload 9 units instead of just 6 units.

I have good scholastic records which can confirm that I can be able to handle the pressure of
enrolling 34 units in my last semester. I really need to graduate this semester to be able to hopefully take
the September 2018 Board Examination hopefully.

Thank you for your kind consideration and God bless.

Sincerely Yours,

Junaiden Macunte
