AGREEMENT OF SALE

THIS VEHICLE SALES AGREEMENT is made on the _______ day of January, 2018 by and
among Mr. Ronald Dumisani Moyo ID Number 08-2107576P70 (Hereinafter known as the
“Seller” and Mr. Freejoy Mavolwane ID Number ______________________ (hereinafter
known as the “Buyer”)

I Ronald Dumisani Moyo hereby agree to sell the following vehicle;

Model: A4
Body Type: Sedan
Body Colour: Dark Blue
Registration Number: ACX 2817

To Mr Freejoy Mavolwane under the following terms and conditions:

The total purchase price to be paid by the Buyer to the Seller for the vehicle is Two
Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($2800) consisting of the following components:

i. Down-payment: $1000 Due to the Seller on the 10th of January 2018.

ii. Second instalment of $1000 due to the seller on the 10th of February 2018
iii. Final instalment of $800 due to the seller on the 10th of March 2018

After completing payment for the vehicle, the buyer of the vehicle would have purchased the
vehicle be given the vehicle registration book.
