4. Prior to the conduct of the Regionol Summit, SDOs shall submit their eniries for
the Best lnnovoiive use of iCT in Teoching ond Leorning Cotegory from schools ond
for Governonce Cperotions Cotegory from offices within their jurisdiction.

5. Best ICT entries sholl be subnnitted to the Regionol Office not loter thon Oclober
16,2417 al 12:00 NN for screening ond evoluoiion of the Regionol ICT Evoluotors
comprised of region<rl personnel ond externol stokeholders.

6. The Top 5 Best Prociices per cotegory will be recoEnized during the Regionol

progrom's existence o nd sustoinc bility.

b. Digital copies con be emoiled in odvonce under the foliowing conditions:

- Documenis shouid be scannecj in .PDF formot.

- Videos should be in .MP4 formoi

- There should be seporcte folders for both entries for ICT Te<rching and
Leorning ond for ICT in Governonce
