Terms and Conditions

Reservations & Payments

A. All rates are subject to prevailing 6% GST (Goods Service Tax).


B. BOOKING FOR 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS
Booking made and confirmed 30 days or more prior to the arrival date must be for a minimum of 3D2N stay. Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax,
email or telephone, you are required to pay the Company a 30% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit within seven (7) working days, failing which
the Company reserves the right to release all bookings for the said confirmed reservations without any or prior notice if such deposit payment is not received
in a timely manner and will not be liable for any claims that may arise.

C. BOOKING FOR 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT


Booking for a minimum of 2D1N stay may be made within 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or
telephone, you are required to pay the Company a full non-refundable and non-transferable payment within three (3) working days, failing which the
Company reserves the right to release all bookings for the said confirmed reservations without any or prior notice if such full payment is not received in a
timely manner and will not be liable for any claims that may arise.

D. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS (LESS THAN 7 DAYS)


Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or telephone, you are required to pay the Company a full non-refundable and/or non-transferable
payment on the day itself, failing which the Company reserves the right to release all bookings for the said confirmed reservations without any or prior
notice if such full payment is not received in a timely manner and will not be liable for any claims that may arise.

E. OTHER DESTINATIONS
Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or telephone, you are required to pay the Company a 30% non-refundable and non-transferable
deposit within seven (7) working days, failing which the Company reserves the right to release all bookings for the said confirmed reservations without any
or prior notice if such deposit payment is not received in a timely manner.
F. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
The standard check-in time is from 2pm (local Malaysian time). The standard check-out time is at or before 12noon (local Malaysian time). Requests for
early check-in and/or late check-out will be at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion. Subject to the foregoing, no such requests will be entertained.

G. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURES


i) The Booker/Guests must notify the Company by fax or by written notice of any cancellation and/or early departures and/or reduction in confirmed room
reservations at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival;
ii) In the event there is a no show, in whole or in part, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation or no show fee equivalent to the price charged
for the whole period of stay of each room not utilized.
H. PAYMENT TERMS
i) Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or telephone, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount must be received within seven
(7) working days and remaining balance of 70% to be settled 60 days prior to arrival;
ii) Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part;
iii) Deposits CANNOT be brought forward and/or used for future bookings;
iv) Full payment MUST be received at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival, failing which the Company reserves the right to release all rooms for the said
confirmed reservation without any or prior notice;
v) Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or telephone, full payment must be received within (three) 3 `working days for bookings less than
thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
3). Payment Instruction
i) All payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) using any one of the following,

ii) All transfer charges incurred shall be borne by the transferor;The difference in exchange rates is the risk of currency exchange which beneficiary has
to bear with.
iii) A copy of the remittance advice must be forwarded to the Company as proof that payment has been effected. All payments must be made before the
due dates stipulated herein.
