con unos requisitos de calidad y profesionalidad indis­
6 pensables. En esta guía se recogen todas ellas, ordenadas
por su ubicación geográfica en las distintas comarcas y
8 valles. Propuestas para todos los gustos y todo tipo de
públicos, para conocer y disfrutar de Cantabria de una

Thanks to its unique nature, Cantabria boasts numerous
areas in which to find adventure and action, and enjoy the
region by immersing oneself in it, in its waters, its chasms,
its forests... There are now almost a hundred companies that
offer a broad range of active tourism activities in Cantabria,
all operating according to essential quality and professional
requirements. This guide lists these companies by their geo-
graphical location in the various regions and valleys. There
