A: I’m Nadine P. Lustre, 20 years old, female, single, Filipino, and resident of 178 Zoro
Street, Purok 8, Ayala, Zamboanga City.

Q: Can you please confirm that you are the respondent in the Criminal Case NPS Docket No.
123456 for the crime of Rape under Article 266-A, par. 1(b), of the Revised Penal Code;
A: Yes, I am the complainant in Criminal Case NPS Docket No. 123456 for the crime of Rape under
Article 266-A, par. 1(b), of the Revised Penal Code;

Q: You are working as a sales attendant in Cosmetic Section at KCC Mall, Zamboanga City, is that
correct?
A: Yes, your Honor.

Q: Are you going to work on July 26, 2017, on or about 9:00 o’clock in the morning?
A: No, your honor. It was my day off.

Q: Do you know a person by the name of James Reid?

A: Mr. Reid deliver carabao’s milk every day from between 6:00 to 7:00 am because my family eats
breakfast at 6:30 am and we all leave for work at 7:00 am.

Q: How long have you known Mr.Reid?

A: I’ve knew Mr. Reid for almost a year now.

Q: What is your relationship with Mr.Reid?

A: Mr. Reid and I are merely an acquaintance ,

Q: Does Mr.Reid shows interest in you?

A: No maam, he just talks to me when I leave our house on the way to work.
It’s nothing serious. He tells me I’m very pretty and that he likes me. He also asked for my
number at one point.

Q: Where were you on July 25,2017 at 9:00pm?

A: At home watching tv.
Q: Can you identify the girl having an intimate dance with a guy in the video?
A: It was me dancing with a man.

established that the sperm and blood was from the night before)

Q: why did you went out to the bathroom wearing your towel only?
A: The knocking was so persistent that I thought there was some sort of emergency. So, I hurriedly
wrapped a towel on my torso and went out of the bathroom and partially opened the door to check out
who was knocking.
Q: Is there any emergency at the door?
A: No, there is no emergency, It was Mr. Reid standing outside with two bottles of milk sir.
He said he was delivering the two bottles of carabao milk and he apologized for the late delivery.

Q; Did you allow Mr. Reid to enter your house knowing that you are alone and you are only
wrapped in a towel?
A: Yes, your honor,He was being insistent and he was hurrying me, so I let him since I thought he
was only going to place the bottles on the living room table like he usually does then leave afterwards.

Q: Did he leave afterwards?

A: No, He came in and placed the bottles on the sala table. Then, he offered the bottle and told me
I must taste the milk because today’s delivery is special, and that the milk tastes so fresh and so
delicious that one drink will give me a taste how it feels to be in heaven.

Q; Did you drink it?

A: I declined and told him I’ll taste it later because I feel awkward with only a piece of towel
covering me.

Q: So, after that he already left your house?

A: No, He insisted that I needed to try it even when I refused several times already.
I was already getting annoyed and I just wanted to get it done with. So, I went to the kitchen to get a
glass and went back to the living room. Then, he poured the milk from the bottle until the glass I was
holding was half full.

Q: What happen after you drunk the milk?

A: After I drank the milk and tried to figure out if it tasted any different from the milk we usually
got from him. While doing so I suddenly felt dizzy and everything just turned black.

Q: Is it true that you felt dizzy and it just turned black after drinking the glass of milk?
A: Yes, I suddenly felt dizzy and everything just turned black.

Q: What happen after you regain consciousness?

A; I was disoriented, like I was suddenly awakened in the middle of sleep. When I regained my
senses I felt pain in my private part and my breasts, hips, and legs were sore. Because I felt pain I looked
towards my private area and saw there was a streak of dried blood on the inner part of my thighs
(Can we state that the streak of dried blood on the inner thighs was from the night before when he go
dancing in the club?”)

Q: is it true that you realized that your body is sexually violated when everything just turn black?
A: yes,I realized my body was sexually violated and I cried.
