EMCEE SPEECH FOR THE CLOSING
CEREMONY OF ENGLISH EXPOSURE
PROGRAMME 2018 UNIMAS
Announcing the arrival of our distinguished
guests this evening, Associate Professor Dr.
Abang Ekhsan bin Abang Othman,the
Director of UNIMAS Global along with
Profesor Dr. Ambi, Dean of the Language and
Communication Faculty, followed by
Faculties’ Deans and representatives, Dato’
Wong Say Ho, Programme Coordinator
Associate Professor Dr. Souba.
A very good evening to all.
Ladies and Gentleman, we are here today for
the closing ceremony of the English Exposure
Programme for Chuzhou Vocational and
Technical College.
My name is Yii Lang and this is my partner
ChuanXiao We will be your emcees for
tonight!
This is the first time the Faculty of Language
and Communication is hosting a group of
foreign students from China for the Exposure
Programme. For the past three months since
October 2017, 14 students from the Chuzhou
Vocational and Technical College are staying
on campus and undergoing intensive English
Language Programme.
But before we proceed further this evening, I
would like to invite everyone to stand up for
our National Anthem ‘NegaraKu’ followed by
UNIMAS Gemilang.

To bless this ceremony, I am inviting Mr.

Fairuz to recite the prayer.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Every journey has its end and every path
doesstop somewhere. During our three
months stay in UNIMAS, we have had so
much fun and now, we have come to the end
of that journey.

However, this only marks the end of their

Exposure Programme, not the knowledge and
practice in using the language which should
be carried on and enhanced further.
To kick start this ceremony, let us invite Wei
Peng for the first performance.

Let us now continue with the official Closing
Speech by inviting our honorable guest; the
Dean of Language and Communication
faculty, Professor Dr. Ambi to the floor to
deliver his speech.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the floor and fellow

friends, now we have come to the Official
Closing Ceremony of the PRC Exposure
Programme. We now would like to invite
Dato’ Wong Say Ho to deliver a speech.

have helped us. During the programme, the
participants were exposed to the campus life
and one of the activities was to sit in lectures
in FEB. Therefore, we would like to extend
our gratitude to the faculty of Economics and
Business.
And now, we would like to invite Dr. Mahani
the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics
and Business to accept our token of
appreciation.

Now, we would like to also invite Dr. Musdi,

Deputy Dean of Faculty of Applied and
Creative Arts to receive our token of
