CANCELLATION
Should the company cancel or postpone the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the
following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation after signed the confirmation letter will be charged 50 % from the total amount.
- Cancellation 5 (five) days prior to the event will be charged 75 % from the total amount
- Cancellation 3 (three) days prior to the event will be charged 100 % from the total amount.
- Cancellation received by phone will not be accepted. Cancellation has to be written through fax
