Allianz Life Indonesia to cooperate with HaloDoc to Give Easy

Health Access for Customers

Jakarta, 7 September 2016 – PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia (“Allianz Life”) establishes
cooperation with HaloDoc to provide special Allianz eAZy Med service for its customers. This
Allianz eAZy Med service is included in ApotikAntar’s features which are incorporated in
HaloDoc application, a practical and integrated service solution which is connected with
authorized pharmacies. The launching ceremony held at Soehana Hall, 2nd floor, The Energy
Building Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav 52-53, SCBD Lot 11, South Jakarta, was inaugurated by
Jonathan Sudharta, CEO HaloDoc and Todd Swihart, Managing Director Allianz
Health & Corporate Solutions.

Based on the data from Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers (APJII) released
in 2015, of the total Indonesian population of 254.9 million people, there are 88.1 million
internet users with internet user penetration rate of 34.9%. This leads many sectors and
companies to continue their business through digital sector.

Such an essence indicates that internet with all of its accessibility and convenience has
become the lifestyle of modern Indonesian people, as one of society needs where the digital
service is currently able to be accessed anywhere and anytime as necessary.

The rapid development has also spread to many sectors including health. While the society
need for medicine and vitamin, both medicine with and without a physician’s prescription,
as well as other medical equipment should be fulfilled within a short time, HaloDoc
application technology is present to provide health service in the form of purchasing drugs,
vitamin and other medical needs through ApotikAntar feature in a fast, safe and convenient
way.

would like to share with customers, i.e. digital-based service that prioritizes speed, security
and convenience. Through cooperation with HaloDoc, Allianz Life presents Allianz eAZy Med
service which helps the customer to order medicine based on a physician’s prescription
digitally and to deliver the order to the customer’s address. Also, the claim can be submitted
automatically to Allianz,” said Todd Swihart, Managing Director of Allianz Health &
Corporate Solutions.

According to CEO HaloDoc, Jonathan Sudharta, “HaloDoc is an application specially designed

to facilitate health access for society in the technology era. This health service simplification
is intended to help the people to get first aid and initial diagnosis fast, safely and
conveniently”.

Jonathan continued, “We believe that health insurance is the most importance matter for
every one and they choose Allianz insurance as one of the best health insurance companies
in Indonesia. In addition to the same goal shared by HaloDoc and Allianz Life, this is the first
opportunity where HaloDoc builds a cooperation with insurance. This is also the first service
rendered by Allianz where the customer is facilitated in terms of drugs claim through
ApotikAntar feature in Halo Doc application. This cooperation constitutes an early form of
service and subsequently there will be other services we create to facilitate HaloDoc
customers”.

Allianz eAZy Med service provides accessibility for Allianz Life customers by only sending
pictures of prescription and supporting claim documents through ApotikAntar and the
ordered drug will be directly delivered to customers. Pharmacy network covering 1,000
authorized pharmacies from ApotikAntar enables Allianz customers in cities such as Jakarta,
Bandung, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Medan, Palembang, Semarang, Yogyakarta and
Balikpapan to enjoy this Allianz eAZy Med service.

facilitate medicine purchase for users. For prescribed medicine purchase, the user should
submit the original prescription at the time of medicine delivery by the pharmacy.
