IT Admin Officer:

1. Job purpose:

This is an IT generalist role & provides day to day support for IT system & administration activities in
KLV.

2. Key accountabilities:
 IT call center: Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, forwarding requests to PIC
and escalating unresolved problem.
 IT Purchasing: Support to complete all needed documents in IT purchasing procedure. Then
upload Purchase Orders (PO), Service Entry Sheets in SAP system.
 Manage IT assets (laptop, PC,….) and perform the stocktaking.
 Perform SAP support level 1.
 User administrator for IT systems (SMARK/PMS/POS/AD/Email).
 Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
3. Job requirements:
3.1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Economics/IT/Management Information System.
3.2. Experience and Characteristics
- Knowledge/experience in IT administration clerk jobs.
- Freshman is acceptable.
- High organizational skills and ability to manage multitask at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office and other office applications.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be detail oriented.
