1. Job purpose:
This is an IT generalist role & provides day to day support for IT system & administration activities in
KLV.
2. Key accountabilities:
IT call center: Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, forwarding requests to PIC
and escalating unresolved problem.
IT Purchasing: Support to complete all needed documents in IT purchasing procedure. Then
upload Purchase Orders (PO), Service Entry Sheets in SAP system.
Manage IT assets (laptop, PC,….) and perform the stocktaking.
Perform SAP support level 1.
User administrator for IT systems (SMARK/PMS/POS/AD/Email).
Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
3. Job requirements:
3.1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Economics/IT/Management Information System.
3.2. Experience and Characteristics
- Knowledge/experience in IT administration clerk jobs.
- Freshman is acceptable.
- High organizational skills and ability to manage multitask at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office and other office applications.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be detail oriented.
