Here are some excellent books to learn fundamental analysis:

The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham

The greatest investment advisor of the twentieth century, Benjamin Graham taught
and inspired people worldwide. Graham's philosophy of "value investing" -- which
shields investors from substantial error and teaches them to develop long-term
strategies -- has made The Intelligent Investor the stock market bible ever since
its original publication in 1949.

Fundamental Analysis For Dummies: Matt Krantz

In this easy-to-understand, practical, and savvy guide you'll discover why this
powerful tool is particularly important to investors in times of economic downturn
and how it helps you assess a business's overall financial performance by using
historical and present data to forecast its future monetary value. You'll also
learn how to use fundamental analysis to spot bargains in the market, minimize your
risk, and improve your overall investment skills.

Fundamental Analysis for Investors - By Raghu Palat

Fundamental analysis is an essential, core skill in an investor's tool-kit for

evaluating a company on the basis of its track record: sales, earnings, dividends,
products, management, etc., as well as the economic and industry outlook. It is a
value-based approach to stock market investing - solid and prudent - that typically
offers handsome profits to the long-term investor.

Learning fundamental analysis requires times, also even after learning the basic of
stock analysis investors are unable to apply it correctly in the actual scenario.
For that one should take help from the stock market advisory firms like CapitalVia.

There are a few books that are practical and will make you understand the concepts
really well.

‘How to avoid loss and earn consistently in the stock market’ by Prasenjit Paul is
a very basic fundamental analysis book which will enlighten you on the concept of
ROE, PEG ratio, Debt Equity Ratio and other important parameters.
After studying the above book, you may want to know what makes a business super
wealth creator. For this, I would Recommend ‘The Unusual Billionaires’ by Saurabh
Mukherjea. This books contains case studies of 7 Indian companies and why they
became 100 baggers. You will get to know the importance of Return On Capital
Employed (ROCE) parameter and Working Capital Management.
When you have understood Fundamental Analysis in depth, now you have to understand
how to value a business which will decide your stock picking abilities. For this I
would recommend ‘Buffetology’ by Mary Buffet and David Clark. This book will teach
you the importance of increasing EPS, present value of future cashflows etc. In
Short, you will understand the concept of DCF Valuation (Discounted Cash Flow).
After reading the above three books, you can read any book of your choice and now
you will have enough knowledge on how to build your portfolio of listed companies.

Really depends where are are you standing.
To fundamentally analyze companies, you need to have understanding on how to read
financial statements. How to read and understand annual reports. Various
terminology that is being used.
If anyone suggesting that one can build a good portfolio after reading 2–3 books
are missing the point that Fundamental analysis is not same as value investing.
Fundamental analysis is not making investment decision, analysis is the ground
work. To analyse a company an industry you also need to understand the management
functionality. Also to understand fundamental analysis you also need to understand
comparative analysis of company.
I will guide you to long road. Go to amazon, search books on topic that you want,
filter them based on popularity content and suitability for you. If i recommend any
books that i like or i have read, that would be misleading.
I am a CA and an MBA so my starting point is different, for student of history or
for a medical professional starting point may be different. So accordingly take a
call.
