About King Properties

Juanito King & Sons, Inc. (JKSI) is the consolidation of the real estate holdings of the
King family, headed by the company founder, Mr. Juanito I. King. Its humble beginnings
date back to the late 1950’s, when Mr. King slowly started to acquire real estate through
earnings from profitable business ventures.

Hard work, perseverance and prudent investments have made the company what it is
today. Over the years, Mr. King realized that his accumulated property holdings were a
profit center all on their own. Thus in January 1979, he set up a real estate company
with his sons, Robin, Ricarido Delfin, Luis and Mario, and himself as incorporators and
shareholders. King’s Food Products, Inc., one of the existing companies then, was used
in the incorporation records. The company was later renamed Juanito King & Sons, Inc.
and the Articles of Incorporation were amended to adopt the real estate nature of the
business.

The real estate holdings of JKSI continue to grow and include commercial lots, industrial
lots, commercial buildings, and residential lands. Currently, JKSI is undertaking
housing projects, which involves the development of a 2.3-hectare property in Talisay
City and half a hectare property in Tugbongan Consolacion, Cebu.
Mr. Juanito I. King, founder, Chairman and President, envisions JKSI to contribute
significantly to the real estate industry through more development projects in the future.

1979, together with his sons, Robin, Ricarido, Luis and Mario, he set up what is now Juanito
King & Sons, Inc. After two successful projects, Villa Solana in Talisay and Villa Solana in
Consolacion, Juanito King & Sons, Inc. launched its real estate arm, King Properties, in
December of 2011.

Under the leadership of the third generation, and with the guidance of the second generation of
the King family, King Properties introduced Modena Mactan, a 3.2 hectare housing
development in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City , offering 217 homes for the middle income Filipino
family. By September of 2012, King Properties launched Modena Minglanilla, with 151 units
located in Tunghaan, Minglanilla.

With a third Modena project undergoing development in Lamac, Consolacion, and plans for a
high rise under way, King Properties maintains its mission: to create and pre-build dream
communities across space and sky.
