We, hereby declare that this report is a Corrective Action Plan report for structural
safety made for Stair of Four Story RCC Main Production Building (Main Building-
3) of Polo Knit Composite Ltd.
We also declare that this assessment has been done based on designed data following
mainly AISC Code, BNBC 2006. The objective is to support the Alliance program.

Considering the NTPA load combinations, we have analysed the structure and found
that all the steel members are inadequate (except few sub-beams).
Considering the BNBC load combinations, we have analysed the structure and found
that all the steel members are inadequate (except few sub-beams).
We recommend to maintain the steel structure & connections to protect these from
corrosion.

For the design of steel stair we have considered the load combination provided by the BNBBC-2006 for
Steel Structures. The following load combination has been used for design:
Where, D = Dead Load, Lf = Floor live load, Lr = Roof live load, W = wind load and E = earthquake load.
