Dear Hon. Dela Flor,

Environmental Greetings.

The DENR CENRO Belison Office has envisioned an expansion project due to the necessity of
providing an area for safekeeping of the confiscated properties such as impounded vehicles,
forest products like timber, lumber, charcoal, etc. in relation to the violation of Environmental
Laws and department orders issued by the DENR-National Office.

In line with this, I am very sorry to inform you that the DENR CENRO Belison would like to
withdraw from entering and signing into the Memorandum of Agreement on the Proposed
Municipal Nursery to be entered by and between our office, The Local Government Unit of
Belison and the Belison Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The office wants to integrate the said
expansion projects and the Proposed Municipal Nursery. As a result, the lot area previously
negotiated could no longer accommodate our plans and endeavors.

However, despite our withdrawal, we will still be considering you in our future endeavors.
