nation over time, implemented via strict economic policies, manipulations, ethnic profiling, persistent
ethnic disenfranchisement, discrimination, as well as severe management via mismanagement,
including physical wealth of the nation, natural, given by God and made, through enforced economic
migrations (2002-2017, yet, historically maintained since 1772), engineered, deliberate, social,
economic patterns of economic crisis after crisis, maintaining policy “divide and govern”, deep social
divisions, invasion into privacy, suppression of a free will: implemented and maintained via radio
transmission towers, Internet networks, subliminal manipulations via hidden messages, allegedly water
treatment facilities (psychotropic medications, substances improving mood and chemicals affecting
fertility), murders by suicide, staged accidents, often called the “perfect crime”, implemented by
staged accidents, murders, chemical compounds (aerosols) distributed in the air (room or around the

In addition, engineered, arranged accidents are implemented to eliminate person or persons,

who might be perceived as a threat to the group engaged in criminal, anti-Polish activity. In some
cases, well documented cases, scientists, politicians, government officials, even military personnel are

eliminated via alleged murder-suicide, staged accidents (journalists refer to this tragedies as “plague of
suicides”). The States of the Perfect Crime: foul play is publicly speculated, yet, not proven in official
reports.

Important notion: statistical data provided by the Polish Government (GUS, Department of
Statistics), clearly demonstrate patterns of ethnic genocide, by the means of political, economic
pressure, social management via planned and purposely maintained mismanagement, drastic
suppression with regard to general population to the extent of national, ethnic collapse (historically
Poles are the subject of mass extermination June 1, 2002-2018, 1990-2002, 1939-1945, 1772-1920).

The scale of the problem is alarming, as reported by scientists, many Polish couples experience
fertility problems, according to the official data every fifth Polish couple is struggling to start a family.
Infertility in men and women: causes in women 39%, causes in men 20%.

Causes: management via mismanagement, depopulation via forced migration, insensitivity, lack of
political will, policies and/or lack practical implementation to stimulate positive birth rate, allegedly
water treatment facilities, food additives, “programming” via “frequencies”.

Other causes: variety of synthetic additives, chemicals, compounds, substances are, de facto, present in
processed foods (ex. xenostrogens) widely used in food industry (http://dziecisawazne.pl/chemia-w-
zywnosci-lista-szkodliwych-e/), water treatment facilities (harmful chemicals affecting fertility,
allegedly secret project maintained in Poland, USA, Iraq, Afghanistan, and perhaps in other
geopolitical locations), mobile phones, radio frequencies affecting mental and somatic performance,
stress related to unemployment, economic crisis and volatility, forced migrations, greatly impair male-
female fertility on national level. Forced migrations, management via mismanagement, negative birth
rate, lack of political will, steady reduction of general population, dramatic aging of the population.
All of the above navigate Poland toward ethnic, national extinction.

Article 7 Crimes against humanity.
Crimes against humanity defined in article 7 are among the most serious crimes of concern to
the international community as a whole, warrant and entail individual criminal responsibility, and
require conduct, which is impermissible under generally applicable international law, as recognized by
the principal legal systems of the world.

Quote: “Attack directed against a civilian population” in these context elements is understood to
mean a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in article 7, paragraph
1, of the Statute against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or
organizational policy to commit such attack. The acts need not constitute a military attack.

It is understood that “policy to commit such attack” requires that the State or organization
actively promote or encourage such an attack against a civilian population.

According to the provided evidence, Polish nation, population of Poland is navigating

toward extinction via planned extermination, despite the fact that Poland is one of the wealthiest
countries in Europe. Gradual, yet, persistent extermination via various methods and mechanisms vs
third party countries and nations, for example Germany, Israel, did recover from WWII tragic losses,
while at the same time gained economic, social status, stability, wealth.

Time frame June 1, 2002-2018. Factual data: forced migrations of Poles, negative birth rate,
reduction of the population, dramatic aging, management via mismanagement of wealth, national debt,
mass murders and expulsions from the land (contextual historical evidence since 1772).

Situation in Poland oscillate within colonized nation, colonial type of management, yet, feudal
mentality among decision makers, while at the same time, national attributes, such as patriotic
symbolism, “patriotic rhetoric” is maintained to blur social perception in Poland and in the world.
Sophisticated, pretentious public relations campaigns, colorful displays, spectacular project,
concerts, successes, appealing speeches, shape general perception vs statistical data showing dramatic
social crisis, lurking ethnic disaster, while colonizers are organizing luxurious life and the future for
themselves, while gradually exterminating entire nation, day after day, year after year, decade after
decade, century after century.

Depopulation of Poland is clearly visible in medium size cities, small towns, villages, statistical
data across the nation. Depopulation of Poland morphed from mass murder and economic, ethnic
expulsions (1772-1939, 1939-1945) into economic policies, political narration (2002-2018), yet, in
both instances, depopulation of Poland became, de facto, a weapon of mass destruction.
Poland, as of today, is navigating, according to the “Titanic syndrome”, shining, luxurious, PR
sophisticated course, toward total destruction, de facto, extinction, with regard to sovereignty, and
subsequently general population.

Official, de facto, legalized policy is the policy of impunity, despite severe national
mismanagement. No one seem to be responsible, no organization, social or political party is claiming
responsibility. Yet, perhaps the most dramatic sign of degradation is that no one seem to care or raise
awareness, stimulate public narration, for decades.

 “The Cult of an Individual” animate another negative trend, yet, manifest far more, than just
political show of leadership. One person, indeed, encapsulate not only national attention, as well as
final say in various essential for the nation issues, from political appointments, healthcare, defense,
national marketing campaigns, foreign policy, based on deep social divisions, and migration, allegedly
conducted secret talks behind official channels (UK, Germany, Israel, Balcan countries), undermine
Polish democratic aspirations. In this instance, “the cult of an individual” is maintained, even after the
encouragement to stimulate migration among Poles (UK), no appropriate action is proposed, for
decades, to stimulate positive birth rate in Poland or to prevent from selling out (for pennies) national
wealth, migration of Poles, along with emotional torment citizens experience in everyday life. The
“cult of an individual” is displayed by the political and social role in national affairs by Mr. Jaroslaw
Kaczynski, the Chairman of the PiS political establishment.
Despite the fact, that Poles are well regarded in hosting countries, violent acts in recent years,
against Poles, who migrated to foreign countries, are deeply troubling: reported by media murders
committed in foreign countries, intimidation, rapes, beatings, homelessness, discrimination, family
separation are common.

National state of crisis is maintained, yet, for the benefit of a few privileged, who, indeed,
severely restrict its own citizens from eligibility and opportunity, fair distribution of wealth, in one of
the the wealthiest countries in Europe, according to the compilation of diverse, available resources,
with exception to Russian Federation.

Article 7 (1) (b) Crime against humanity of extermination.

1. The perpetrator exercised any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over one or
more persons, such as by purchasing, selling, lending or bartering such a person or persons, or by
imposing on them a similar deprivation of liberty.

Forced migrations in Poland (June 1, 2002-2017, yet, historically since 1772), negative birth
rate, management via engineered mismanagement, clearly demonstrate tangible evidence with regard
to lending, bartering, and, allegedly behind closed doors, selling out own citizens: workforce
migration vs trade, economic pressure, motivating and pressuring to leave the homeland, often
verbalized by prominent officials, along with precisely engineered economic conditions, political
pressure. Between 2002-2018 (yet, historically since 1772), Poles are treated and used, repeatedly, as a
cheap labour (“second grade citizens”), despite extensive national wealth and resources: land, location,
natural resources, science, talented and diligently working people, weather and climate, etc.,
enormously wealthy country, which can not support its own citizens.

Political reality, along with economic policies, legalized criminal social activity toward Poles
and minorities in Poland, undermine progress, de facto, freedom and liberties, for the benefit of
colonizing parties, diverse feudal cast.

 Statistical data (2002 - 2017), historical evidence (previous periods 1772-1920, 1939-1945,
1966-1985, 1990-2001) illustrate dramatic progression with regard to crimes against humanity in
Central Europe, de facto, Poland in particular, crimes against entire nation via policies and mechanisms
aiming toward total deprivation of land, resources, right to exist, freedom, liberties.

Depopulation of Poland is alarming, yet, official reports indicate identical trend for decades to
come. Depopulation as a weapon of mass destruction became tragic reality in this part of the world.

By 2050, decline of general population will reach staggering appr. 30-31 million, senior citizens
ratio 40%, along with negative birth rate, mismanagement of natural resources and scientific
achievements. Poland is navigating toward severe, dramatic depopulation, aging, yet, economic
bankruptcy, based on 60/40 ratio.

Polish nation is dramatically disappearing, yet, the population of Poles living outside
homeland, indicate not only forced mass migrations, yet, human trade, lending, bartering of people,
and to some extent, sell out of Poles for the benefit and the luxury of the few, who manage Poland.
It is important to mention, with regard to political-geographical context, mass economic
migrations are oscillating within strictly Slavic nations as suppliers of cheap labour, expansion via total
control, examples: Poland, Ukraine, former Yugoslavia. Above pattern illustrate ethnic profiling,
crimes against humanity, suppression of sovereignty, yet, behavior, which allow to maintain modified
status quo of masters vs slaves, include political discrimination, dramatic mismanagement, violent acts
against those, who express tangible concerns and peaceful opposition, and even staged wars
(Yugoslavia, Ukraine).

This is, indeed, a struggle against sophisticated oppression dated since 2002, yet, historically
proven struggle for freedom, equal rights, including a right to be free, a right to exist, according to the
provided evidence, yet, a struggle of survival against the state of oppression to the extent of ethnic
mutilation on unprecedented scale in Central and Eastern Europe, yet, with implementation of the most
advanced tactics and mechanisms, since 2002, de facto, maintained for 244 years.

Historical context is essential to understand the scope and extensive ethnic degradation, which
affect everyday people, Polish citizens, who shall comfortably live in their homeland, given by God
since humanity emerged on Earth, instead, Poles are facing persistent depopulation, crisis after crisis,
and subsequently extinction via planned and executed extermination.

7 (1) (d) Crime against humanity of deportation or forcible transfer of population.

Elements

1. The perpetrator deported or forcibly transferred, without grounds permitted under international law,
one or more persons to another State or location, by expulsion or other coercive acts.
2. Such person or persons were lawfully present in the area from which they were so deported or
transferred.
3. The perpetrator was aware of the factual circumstances that established the lawfulness of such
presence.
4. The conduct was committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian

As demonstrated in previous comments, along with provided evidence, forcible transfer of

population, aging, negative birth rate, is, de facto, widespread, legalized policy, permissible, integrated
mechanisms toward ethnic mutilation, based on ethnic, national profiling (Poles, Slavic nations), along
with gradual deprivation of residence and subsequently land, resources via systemic mechanisms,
which include forcing population to migrate, total control of the entire area, and subsequently
marginalization of ethnic people as servants, “people of unequal qualities” (this state of mind was
clearly demonstrated during previous historical periods, including WW II, Nazi invasion 1939-1945,
yet, between 1772-1920.

We ought to recognize similar patterns between Nazi state of mind, and present developments
(2002-2017), modified accordingly, sophisticated new patterns of abuse, cruelty, embedded in
political, democratic, even “moral, patriotic rhetoric”, navigating toward parallel objective, de facto,
ethnic mutilation, extinction via extermination, while at the same time, national attributes are publicly
displayed, along with Polish Anthem, patriotic symbolism and rhetoric, yet, statistical data is clearly
showing dramatic evidence, de facto, gradual ethnic cleansing for decades to come via depopulation,
negative birth rate, aging, management via planned and maintained mismanagement, national debt.
Who would, indeed, question (devious) attitudes, while national symbols are in place, patriotic
rhetoric resonate daily, spectacular projects and “successes” saturate public attention, while at the same
time, nation is fading away.

In addition, Poland, allegedly, is used as a satellite country actively associated with recent
conflicts, including in Iraq, Afghanistan, blood money (oil and gas trade), an active part, allegedly, in
attack on World Trade Center in New York City (2001), Pres. J. Kennedy assassination (allegedly
Polish - Jewish sniper). Involvement in high profiled international affairs, is directed against Polish
nation, yet, at the expense of Poles, who are not aware about a state of national-international affairs.

Colonized state, persistent depopulation of Poland, alleged human trade, legalized

mismanagement does, indeed, affect and contradict Polish standing with regard to national,
international aspirations, moral paradigm vs the world, de facto, co-existence.
Another dramatic development, as I have learned over the years from various sources, is
allegedly co called “Death Squad”, which operate nationally, yet, along with international associations.

Alleged “Death Squad” in Poland, incorporate diverse social backgrounds, logistically

controlled by Jewish-German minorities, leading in political, economic narration, yet, not limited to.

Well founded, resorceful, along with disregard for the legal system, the system of checks and
balances, defined in justice system codification, the Constitution, does, indeed, contradict Polish
aspirations, yet, de facto, any political-economic system in the world, as organization can and do
operate beyond country borders, political systems. In my opinion, “Death Squad”, as a secret
clandestine organization, developed “perfect crime” via various methods, including profiling,
psychological, economic marginalization, suppression of education, “programming”, staged accidents,
illnesses, murder-suicides, and in some cases, assassinations.
Organization (“Death Squad”) developed, “a state of the art killing mechanisms”, “perfect
crime”, as well various tactics aiming to eliminate victim(s), gradually, over the years, via weakening

the victim emotionally, physically, mentally, socially, or via killings, illnesses (cancer, diabetes, and
other biologically engineered life threatening ailments), yet, as some cases indicate, violent acts,
accidents, assassinations, are aiming to eliminate and at the same time, discourage the opposition.

Anyone who would verbalize peaceful opposition, criticism, tangible arguments toward
improvement, patriotism, yet, showing exceptional talents, are within deadly profiling mechanism.
This is, indeed, one of the methods to gain, yet, maintain total control over the nation, while eradicating
elite, suppressing opposition, rewriting history.

“Death Squad” implement diverse tactics, such as profiling along with monitoring and
following victims since childhood, medicating-poisoning, persistent discouraging with regard to
personal ambitions, self-doubt, labeling, severe limitations with regard to opportunities, education,
staged marriages, rapes, infertility, employment, destruction of a family, assassinations, inflicting deep
emotional divisions among family members, as well as within the social fabric.

 III. Compliance and Procedures
Quote: All the information concerning the facts, complaints and compliance with the
requirements of exhaustion of domestic remedies and the six-month time-limit laid down in Article 35
§ 1 of the Convention must be set out in this part of the application form (sections E., F. and G.) (Rule
47 § 2 (a)). The applicant may supplement this information by appending further details to the
application form. Such additional explanations must not exceed 20 pages (Rule 47 § 2 (b)); this page
limit does not include copies of accompanying documents and decisions.

Dear Sir and Madam,

Poland, nation is facing grave existential threat within any level of narration, personal, yet, as a
whole social fabric. Identical, discriminative, harmful tactics are implemented toward individual,
family, community, as well as an entire nation.

Based on above circumstances and facts, threats, legalized organized crime, including
administrative and legal action, as suggested in Article of the Convention (35 § 1 ) was, in fact,
vigorously animated and, in my personal opinion, exhausted: 2007-2010 in USA, 2011-2018 in
Poland.

To conclude the Complaint, I wish to refer to the notion of “compliance with the requirements
of exhaustion of domestic remedies”. The correspondence addressed to the authorities was and still is
maintained since 2011, via e-mail, social networks: Facebook, Twitter, blog
pinkrepublic1.wordpress.com, scribd.com/mjw23, narration with local political leadership.
Between 2006-2017 I notified US State Department, FBI, US State Police (2007-2010), since
threats and criminal acts toward me became evident (employment and social blockade, staged
accidents, indoctrination and encroachment into family life, manipulation of the family members, wife,
mother and brother, son, friends, staged accidents). To date, the State, US and Polish authorities,
denied any action to prevent human rights violations, psychological and somatic tortures.

Some sources in USA and recently in Poland use term “Suicide Mission” (October 2010 travel
to Poland), associated and incorporated via persistent emotional degradation, emotional tortures,
economic and social expulsion, persistent employment blockade, labeling campaign, demoralization,
radicalization, “programming” via frequencies, verbal and physical violent acts, (proven in every
instance, as I maintain records, including pictures, written records as well), designed to degrade the
mechanism of self defense, to breakdown victim mentally. Authorities are aware about the state of
affairs.

The only tangible answer with regard to the forwarded correspondence was, yet, maintained to
date, is silence (USA 2007-2018, Poland 2011-2018), which include: no answer, no action, no
suggestions, no resources, de facto, social communicational void, while at the same time maintaining
unemployment via blockade, abuse, discrimination, separation with a family. Communication with
children is denied (October 2010 -January 2018, yet, severely limited between 2007-2010) de facto, a
state of illegal imprisonment is in place (new type of imprisonment via economic, social torment) in
USA 2007-2010 and recently in Poland 2010-2018.

 Personal Statement. I wish to express my profound admiration toward nations, de facto,
societies, where human rights violations took place, including USA and Poland, Gerany, Israel, not
limited to, as general population is often unaware about affairs, criminal activity, disinformation,
tactics and mechanisms of abuse hidden from the public, including limited influence to change criminal
behaviour of the few for the benefit of all.

To contradict and subsequantly eradicate well established, resourceful, clever, perfectly

morphed into the social fabric mechanisms of corruption is a long process, requiring persistence,
resources, time and motivation by peaceful actions and solutions. Yet, by obeying to the rules of
corrupted governing mechanisms, we would reinforce, and perhaps, for the time being, legalize
injustice by silent association, which brought already on human race torment and wars.
Success of the “Octopus”. Why this particular, elusive group of people is so successful vs the
general population. (1) Degradation with regard to national, de facto, multi-ethnic fabric is maintained,
gradually, for extended period of time, in this instance, hundreds of years. (2) Resources define results,
economic-political power, along with profit-sharing scheme within associated members, form nearly
concrete structure. (3) Deeply enforced sense of loyalty, despite drastic ethical compromises. (4) Well
educated elite, trained within vicinity of social mainstream, “shape emotional, natural separation
pattern” vs the people. (5) Social profiling, allegedly, of every family, every individual, elite in
particular, since childhood, while maintaining precise records. Above is just a short list of techniques
incorporated into the organizational “octopus scheme”, a total war against the nation via suppression of
a family, economic policies, management via mismanagement.

Human is the society. Society as a whole is “faceless”, that's why practical, beyond verbalized
statements, policies, protection of an individual, his, her rights, privileges, obligations, seem de facto,
the only feasible plan to animate the whole society, modern democracy, along with human ptential
within permeated paradigm, man vs society, as man is the society, where society is within each man,
woman, child.

Society is none existent without singularity. Yet, if we would attempt to expand importance of

discriminative political formula, as it is today, could result in severe social reprogramming, and

subsequently lead toward widespread discrimination, regional conflicts in Central and Eastern Europe,
tragic loss of life, to finally “reconstruct the region”, according to the anticipated ethnic, geopolitical
scheme. In my personal opinion, Poland in geo-political translation animate a stage, while march to the
East represent ultimate goal.

Regional War Doctrine vs “Reconstruction” Scheme

Strangely enough, yet, since WW II, Poland is still struggling to count perished citizens due to

 VIII. Social Hardship Reflected in Personal Struggle

Due to unemployment, severe restrictions of funds and resources, I am exposed to attacks,

constant torment, anticipated by abusers demoralization and radicalization scheme, psychological
trauma, separation with children, prolonged stress, maintained in excess of 10 years, I am, de facto,
under control of people, who clearly demonstrate tendencies to terminate my life via emotional
exhaustion, despair, hopelessness, fabrications, constant pressure via methods adopted from totalitarian
regimes, de facto, infamous “STASI” (in particular), yet, not limited to, as special operations units in
USA, Poland train new generation of agents “equipped” with new tools and methods), which
implemented various psychological, mental, social, economic mechanisms (rarely physical, yet, staged
accidents) to eliminate profiled individuals, families. In this instance, I became a subject of
sophisticated campaign, often described as psy-ops, conducted and coordinated by professionals and
allegedly people, who were previously instructed: legalized organize crime.

The results of the campaign: destruction of a family, 24/7 surveillance, public criticism,
emotional violence, physical violence, manipulation of a family, betrayals, bribery, blackmailing,
labeling (based on sexual manipulations and fabrications, public suggestions, “whisper campaign”),
long term unemployment, scare tactics (on the street, at the church, during grocery shopping, at the
library, etc.), disgraceful surveillance and indoctrination of my children at the school (USA), public
ridicule (based on economic status, unemployment, sexual suggestions), social marginalization and
stigma, motivating and persistent “programming” attempts toward suicide as a “solution to prolongued
pain” via theatrical suggestions (professional actors and clergy were, allegedly, “hired” to provide
professional instructions and expertise with regard to verbal, contextual, as well as none-verbal
communication, implementation of the “power of suggestion”, symbolism, repetitions), allegedly
frequencies, in person, discrimination at work, high frequency sounds, profoundly affecting hearing
system and nervous system, causing severe stress, sleeplessness, nose bleed, imprisonment via
economic suppression, life threatening assassination attempts (staged accidents in USA, Poland).

All of the above is proven. Polish and US authorities are well informed.

Discrimination, employment blockade vs economic abuse thus limiting the victim's actions as
they may then lack the necessary resources to resist or defend (according to the official definition).

labeling, depravation of rights, even having a family, children, descendants, career or adequate
education. The state of crisis with regard to victims is maintained for extended period of time, perhaps
a lifetime.

Dear Sir and Madam,

What is described in previous, as well as subsequent chapters, indicate well functioning “social
machine”, “machine” within diverse social fabric, yet, separated with ethical norms, vital interests of
the nation, nation, composed by diverse ethnicity. “Social machine” developed and maintain cruel,
various, sophisticated methods to blur perception, disinform public in Poland, as well as international
community. This is, by any standards, the most sophisticated “social machine” in the world, operating
within “national, even moral, religious, patriotic narration and symbolism”, yet, undermining the
substance of social justice, while navigating entire nation toward total, national, ethnic collapse.

In social, sophisticated ethnic warfare, there is no distinction between an individual, family and
the nation, as the same mechanisms of control, oppression are implemented with equal determination
and force, yet, as history teaches us, the first signs of systemic degradation, social decay, national
trauma, including wars, begins with suppressing of individual rights, injustice, in any given scale of

 Discrimination: definitions (persistently implemented toward my person and the family).

Culture of fear. Intimidation (cowing) is intentional behavior that "would cause a person of
ordinary sensibilities" to fear injury or harm: crimes, murders, planned suicides, unemployment,
putting another person in fear of bodily injury. "Threat of harm generally involves a perception of
injury...physical or mental damage...act or instance of injury, or a material and detriment or loss to a
person ” (“intimidation" is the name of a criminal offense in several U.S. states).

Demoralization is, in a context of warfare a process in psychological warfare with the objective
to erode morale among “enemy combatants and/or noncombatants”. That can encourage them to
retreat, surrender, or defect rather than defeating them in combat. Some methods on the strategic scale
are commerce raiding, static operations such as propaganda.

A strategic demoralization campaign will navigate (Harold D. Lasswell) as roughly three

avenues of implementation: sow seeds of self-doubt (classic demoralization); and provide a new focus
of hatred and frustration. Tactics of deep social divisions.

Psychological abuse (psychological violence, emotional abuse, mental abuse) characterized by

a person subjecting, or exposing, another person to behavior that may result in psychological trauma,
including anxiety.

Depriving the union of the earth, forced migration from patrimony is the price of progress of
several, for which it pays many.

Humiliation or annihilation of the dignity of the person. Physical torture include beatings. In
psychological torture: tormented by high-level noise (sirens, over the telephone, repeated, distinct
noises).

The "outsiders" are dehumanized, making human rights violations such as severe
discrimination or ethnic cleansing all the more psychologically feasible.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination

Parties concerning nationality, citizenship or naturalization, provided that such provisions do not
discriminate against any particular nationality.

4. Special measures taken for the sole purpose of securing adequate advancement of certain racial or
ethnic groups or individuals requiring such protection as may be necessary in order to ensure such
groups or individuals equal enjoyment or exercise of human rights and fundamental freedoms
shall not be deemed racial discrimination, provided, however, that such measures do not, as a
consequence, lead to the maintenance of separate rights for different racial groups and that they shall
not be continued after the objectives for which they were taken have been achieved.

Article 2
1. States Parties condemn racial discrimination and undertake to pursue by all appropriate
means and without delay a policy of eliminating racial discrimination in all its forms and
promoting understanding among all races, and, to this end: (a) Each State Party undertakes to
engage in no act or practice of racial discrimination against persons, groups of persons or
institutions and to ensure that all public authorities and public institutions, national and local,
shall act in conformity with this obligation;

2. States Parties shall, when the circumstances so warrant, take, in the social, economic, cultural and
other fields, special and concrete measures to ensure the adequate development and protection of
certain racial groups or individuals belonging to them, for the purpose of guaranteeing them the full
and equal enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms. These measures shall in no case
entail as a con sequence the maintenance of unequal or separate rights for different racial groups after
the objectives for which they were taken have been achieved.

Violated. Freedoms are guaranteed by laws, policies, management, yet, resources define results. In this
instance economic suppression, nearly total transfer, sale of national wealth, undermine laws, including
the Constitution, international norms.

Article 5
In compliance with the fundamental obligations laid down in article 2 of this Convention, States Parties
undertake to prohibit and to eliminate racial discrimination in all its forms and to guarantee the
right of everyone, without distinction as to race, colour, or national or ethnic origin, to equality before
the law, notably in the enjoyment of the following rights:

him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or
suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public
official or other person acting in an official capacity. It does not include pain or suffering arising
only from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions.

The inherent and inalienable dignity of the person shall constitute a source of freedoms and
rights of persons and citizens. It shall be inviolable. The respect and protection thereof shall be the
obligation of public authorities.

1. Freedom of the person shall receive legal protection.

The application of corporal punishment shall be prohibited.

Violated. Nation is navigated via policies, political narration, which departed from social justice since

colonized nations: depopulation, alkoholism, restrictions with regard to opportunities, severe
suppression of elite and subsequent ethnic replacement.

Article 68
1. Everyone shall have the right to have his health protected.

Violated. Many Poles are struggling to get life saving screenings and services due to insufficient
investments, lack of funds.

Article 72
1. The Republic of Poland shall ensure protection of the rights of the child. Everyone shall have the
right to demand of organs (?) of public authority that they defend children against violence, cruelty,
exploitation and actions which undermine their moral sense.

Violated. Poland is severely depopulated, negative birth rate, broken families, undermine social justice,
yet, new programs do not guarantee anything, but populist agenda with few exceptions. Poland is
wealthy, yet, severely mismanaged.

I contacted Polish authorities between 2011 – 2018 via letters, e-mail, in person, social media
(Facebook, Twitter). All assistance, as of today, is denied.

Social Engineering vs Subtle Manipulations

School Grading Scale in Poland (except higher education) indicate precise and intended social
engineering program, among other diverse mechanisms, aiming to influence children and youth,
general population from a natural desire to achieve personal goals, ambitions, career. Above policy is
already producing negative results (seeding complexes). Polish system of education, teachers, youth
became a subject of manipulation via various methods, unemployment, social, “frequencies”, lack of
supervision (children), due to separation with a family, migrations, suppression of performance:
• 6: excellent grade,
• 5: very good grade,
• 4: good grade,
• 3: poor grade,
• 2: admittance level (poor performance),
• 1: insufficient degree (intended, subliminal social programming implemented and inflicted
toward Polish children, which could, potentially, undermine future performance in school,
competitions, perception in general).

As unofficial reports and signals indicate, Polish teachers, due to hardship, unemployment,
economic pressure, are allegedly vulnerable with regard to sexual exploitation.

Polish migration, especially among women, for decades, pose, socially engineered, intended
sexual vulnerability: low paid workers, cleaning services, maids, healthcare assistants, etc.

1772 – 1920: Partition of Poland, severe loss with regard to Polish population due to dramatic
expulsions from the land, farms, households, imprisonment, poverty, severe limitations of freedom,
economic opportunities.
1920 – 1939: Poland is regaining independence, yet, infrastracture, national wealth, national resources,
population are severely degraded. Once Poland reached the level of recovery, WW II unfolded.
1939-1945: World War II. Poland lost approximately 10-11 million people due to executions, forced
labour, poor living conditions, enforced and maintained by Nazi Germany. Economy, farming was
nearly completely destroyed, many Polish cities, towns, villages, infrastructure were destroyed
(Warsaw, Wroclaw).

Official statistical data indicate 6 million killed during WWII vs 10-11 million ( this notion is
false, yet, indicate severe disinformation, allegedly, special interests groups manipulating perception in
Poland, as well as abroad, while minimizing the scope of destruction due to WWII).

After the WWII unaccounted number of people died due to inflicted harm, either physical,
emotional, poor conditions, exhaustion, poor medical care. For example, Israel maintain precise

Poland is still struggling between official 6 million and unofficial 10-11 million perished (4-5 million
difference) by the same elite, managing Polish political, economic, social status quo (not limited to).
Above example illustrate much more, than just statistical data, yet, state of mind, mentality, hidden,
devious mechanisms navigating Poland toward total collapse.

1945-1990: post WWII Polish population recovered from a dramatic WWII losses (due to immigration
from Ukraine, positive birth rate). Statistical data (Rocznik Statystyczny), showed 45 million Polish
citizens (time frame 1970s - 1980s). Statistical data from this particular period is hidden, not available
or manipulated, yet, indicating 38 000 000 population, which is, allegedly, inaccurate.

Migration of Poles to Germany between 1970-1990 and 1990-2002, 2002-2018 is also

unreliable and require revision, as some sources indicate much greater number, than is showed in
official reports.
1990-2002: a new political-economic reality, and so called reconstruction scheme, “free market”
resulted in selling out of Polish factories along with Polish workforce, yet, nearly entire economy for
pennies (as quoted previously, from 8500 entities in 1990, only 3% remain controlled by Poland in
2017). Corrupted establishment diluted via legalized management via mismanagement most of the
Polish national wealth, factories, banks, national vital resources, yet, the most important ingredient of
life, established 1000 years earlier (966 A.D.) Polish state, Polish citizens, became, de facto, tangible
product of sale, barter, subject of expulsions trade, human trade.
This trend is still maintained to this day. Poland, as of today, its national wealth was diluted to
the extent that majority of the corporations are foreign or foreign dependent. Most of the products in
Polish stores, are produced elsewhere, even products which were made traditionally in Poland
(farming, sugar, household items, vehicle industry, clothing, furniture, and many more).

Gradual destruction of Poland reached alarming level, yet, within two decades (2040-2050)
after massive ethnic migrations, negative birth rate, aging, de facto, extermination, maintained under

pretension of economic migration, negative birth rate, unemployment, national debt, sell off of national
wealth including factories, farming, trade dependency, alarming national debt increase, are aiming to
completely degrade nation to the level beyond recovery. Poland is disappearing as a nation, while
attributed national symbols are “proudly displayed, and verbalized” to divert attention and disinform
the public.

June 1, 2002 – January 2018: population of Poland, enforced sequence with regard to ethnic,
national degradation is navigating toward total collapse by 2050, perhaps sooner. Poland in 2050 due to
the national degradation with regard to the general population, economy, severe debt, will not be
sustainable, yet, maintain its status quo as a nation, yet, will be absorbed by diverse pollitical, foreign,
economic groups, which enforced since 2002 (yet, since 1772) mechanisms of total national
destruction upon Polish nation: population, resources, land, science, discoveries.

Poland is not struggling, yet, Poland is taking last gasp of life, before light will be turned off
eternally for the nation, nation embedded within international scheme to gain control over the land,
suppress any signs of competition, to degrade a sense of pride, culture, accomplishments, to be an
integral part of the global family, will eventually disappear, yet, national “attributes” such as flags,
national symbols will still be publicly displayed.

The state of affairs in Poland, as of today, is reflected within statistical data, along ethnic
degradation, ethnic replacement, management via mismanagement. This is perhaps the most evil,
sophisticated extermination mechanism in the world.

Polish Elite

Polish elite are particularly, viciously affected and targeted since 1772 via suppression of
education, lack of funds, discrimination, expulsions, imprisonment. During WWII, Polish ellite were,
once again, nearly completely exterminated: scientists, engineers, clergy, lawyers, medical
professionals, military personnel, de facto, 25 000 officers were murdered just because they were
profiled as Polish intelligence.

History of the nation embedded in social patterns, politics, yet, reflect personal history as well,
the history of each man, woman, child, family, community.

Political oppression may also take a form of discrimination. When this occurs, basic rights may
be denied on the basis of religion, ethnicity, race, or gender. Tribal stigma - affiliation with a specific
nationality, religion, or race that constitute a deviation from the normative, i.e. being Slavic.

Political social alienation is "a condition in social relationships reflected by a low degree of
integration or common values and a high degree of distance or isolation between individuals, or
between an individual and a group of people in a community or work environment". It is a sociological
concept developed by several classical and contemporary theorists, The concept has many discipline-
specific uses, and can refer both to a personal psychological state (subjectively) and to a type of social
relationship (objectively). Social isolation refers to "The feeling of being segregated from one's
community".

A second-class citizen is a person who is systematically discriminated against within a state or

other political jurisdiction, despite their nominal status as a citizen or legal resident there.

 While not necessarily slaves, outlaws or criminals, second-class citizens have limited legal
rights, civil rights and socioeconomic opportunities, and are often subject to mistreatment or neglect
at the hands of their putative superiors. However, they are different from "less-than-whole citizens", as
second-class citizens are often disregarded by the law or have it used to harass them (see profiling).
Systems with, de facto, second-class citizenry are generally regarded as violating human rights.
Typical conditions facing second-class citizens include but are not limited to:
• economic disenfranchisement,
• restrictions on education,
• restrictions on housing,
• restrictions on property ownership,
• silent treatment, manipulative punishment,
• sabotaged the person's contribution to a team goal and reward.

Social stigma is disapproval of (or discontent with) a person based on socially characteristic
grounds that are perceived, and serve to distinguish them, from other members of a society. Stigma
may also be described as a label that associates a person to a set of unwanted characteristics that form a
stereotype. Once people identify and label your differences others will assume that is just how things
are and the person will remain stigmatized until the stigmatizing attribute is undetected. When society
categorizes individuals into certain groups the labeled person is subjected to status loss and
discrimination. Members of stigmatized social groups often face prejudice that causes depression (i.e.
deprejudice). These stigmas put a person's social identity in threatening situations, like low self-esteem.
Identity threat theories can go hand-in-hand with labeling theory. The stigmatized are ostracized,
devalued, rejected, scorned and shunned. They experience discrimination and prejudice in the realms of
employment and housing.

Social exclusion, or social marginalization, is the social disadvantage and relegation to the
fringe of society. There are countries, Italy for example, that have a legal concept of social exclusion. In
Italy, "esclusione sociale" is defined as poverty combined with social alienation, by the statute n. 328
(11-8-2000), that instituted a state investigation commission named "Commissione di indagine
sull'Esclusione Sociale" (CIES) to make an annual report to the government on legally expected issues
of social exclusion.

 To date I submitted dozens of e-mails to local authorities, Catholic Church, US authorities in
Poland and the USA, along with attached reports, pictures, comments, dates, etc. No answer. Situation
is tense, yet, strongly indicate a death sentence by emotional exhaustion, economic pressure, staged
accidents, persitent following, seeding self-doubt, persistent and vicious discouragement with regard to
education, employment, having a family and children, as well as material possessions (common
excesses in front of the local banks since 2010: close encounters in front of the banks with dangerously
“parking” cars, hurtful comments, scare tactics, imitating shooting even hanging, throwing dirt and
other substances, threats, following by thugs to and from the bank). My family and friends do not
respond, do not call, due to persistent discouragement, alleged bribery (USA – Poland), “whisper
campaign”, scare tactics and allegedly murders (my cousin was found dead, shortly after she left
apartment where I live (December 2017), while promoting those who remain detached, rogue
(incentives, employment, contracts, businesses, travel, comfort and luxury),

Yet, entire story begins in a small town Zary (military base in western part of Poland), where I
was borne in 1963. After showing exceptional mathematical talents, I was confronted as a child, even
prior to attending to school, with violent acts (broken skull in the exact brain area, where mathematical
algorithms are animated), car accident ( I lost nearly entire skin on my legs), my growth stopped due to
possible experimentation, unexplained medically paralisys, I was kept in dark basement.

Ethnic Social Reset

How many people in Poland were profiled and severely mistreated, killed within decades, even
hundreds of years, we will never know, yet, my story is parallel with the story of my countrymen,
people, who would diligently work and contribute to the welfare of Poland, yet, as of today, most of the
elite in Poland are killed, gradually replaced, erased from the social map, with a few exceptions,
general population is systematically fragmented and exterminated, by various methods, from profiling
since childhood, deadly staged accidents (most of my talented friends are dead by now: accidents,
allegedly murder-suicide, sudden illnesses, alcoholism), suppression with regard to personal growth,
manipulations and programming via radio “frequencies” and social marginalization, staged marriages,
alcoholism, demoralization, forced migrations (cheap labour), even engineered infertility. My story is
parallel with the story of my countrymen, and the nation, destined to fade away, disappear without
successors.

Demoralization of Polish society is planned and precisely executed via social “programming”,
aiming to undermine self-perception, as well as international perception, yet, social progress. This
mechanism is not spontaneous (often verbalized as, quote: “its life”), yet, precisely engineered and
implemented war against civilian population, including children, profiled by the most evil system.

 Most of the techniques were already covered in previous comments and statements, data, yet, I
shall add another disturbing trend observable nearly every day by teachers, educators complaining
growing problem with regard to attitudes, threats, aggression from children and youth, mainly from
families affected by low income (commonly described as “trash employment agreement”), social
protection, where parents and guardians overwork, families are separated due to migration, including
seasonal, long work hours (for example drivers), lack of supervision (children), inadequate housing.

The problem is growing in alarming pace. Above trend also indicate, besides demoralization
scheme, radicalization trends as well, via social programming: “frequencies”, stress level associated
with lack of social, economic stability, employment, earnings, housing, lack of supervision of children
and youth, “trash employment agreements”.

Above data strongly indicate social fragmentation, precisely profiled social fabric, determining,
who is destined to succeed, yet, who is beyond the rim of the social progress, equal opportunities.

Technological Colonization within “Deep State”

Allegedly in 2014/15 leading political party “Law and Justice” (PiS), as well as political
satellites across political boundaries, introduced a new legislature and privileges allowing significant
increase with regard to surveillance (communication, IT, Internet, cell phones, information
superhighways, social surveillance, institutional surveillance, religious surveillance, profiling,
gathering data, etc.), by authorities toward its own citizens, without a warrant from the court of residing
judge. In this instance political management (PiS as well as political and social, economic satellites)
created troubling so called “deep state”, phenomenon based on totalitarian scheme under pretention of
democracy, social protection, while widespread surveillance does indeed compromise, yet, suppress
liberties, freedom. Surveillance is maintained 24/7. For example, high definition TV, radio, computer
are precisely recognized by the network, operators (via numeric address and GPS), linked with a
“deep state” IT centers, allowing to transmit specific information (visual, audio, subliminal), precisely
tailored via advanced algorithms and profiles, based on data gathered over the years and decades. In
this instance personal performance, family affairs, community, attitudes, even elections can become
precisely engineered.

In addition, ethnic fragmentation as well as most of IT infrastructure allowing total national

surveillance and control is not Polish, yet, is controlled by various powerful international institutions
(corporations), allegedly coordinated by foreign and domestic clandestine organizations.

One of the “byproducts” of the “deep state” (since 2014/15) is increase in domestic violence by
radicalized elements, criminalisation within specific groups, often described as neo-nazi. In this
instance, Poland became, once again, experimental state, where degradation of national dignity serve
anything but Polish aspirations along with true image of the Polish society, democracy in general.

Colonized nation can not be perceived as noble, virtous, yet, as criminals, where depravation is
the norm (suggested as “hidden, lurking”). This trend is progressing. The scheme of social, perceptual
reprogramming via various methods, including via technological colonization within “deep state” is
underway, linking Poland, de facto, the most tragically affected nation by nazi mentallity (10-11
millions perished between 1939-1945) with Poland. Devious, hurtful, evil, unjust.

 Poles are constantly under reprogramming experiments, economic, existential, social pressure
and discouragement, yet, prolonged stress level in everyday life changes attitudes, perception, one day
at a time. Civilian population is persistently targeted from the very essence, root of its existence,
families, children, community (including subliminal) by the most advanced tools and mechanisms.
Polish society is under siege within quite, unpretentious, extremely efficient colonization system.
Future is stolen.

Poland, rich and resourceful, yet, resources and riches are scarce, strictly limited, due to
management via mismanagement.

Blanking ethnic lights is underway, either by mass extermination, mass migrations, aging,
negative birth rate, management via mismanagement, dramatic colonization, yet, the objective remain
the same, complete control, expansion, ethnic replacement and subsequently ethnic extinction.

Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, is, de facto, under siege, while bloody war against my
countrymen, war against entire nation, one man at a time, one family at a time, violence against civilian
population, including children, women and men, young and elderly, aiming to tarnish Poland, yet,
entire human civlization by severe disregard of moral, ethical, even religious social paradigm: freedom,
equal rights, justice, fundamental right to exist and flourish, coexitence are indeed purposely violated.

reference to the best of my knowledge, experience, not meant to implicate anyone or anything, persons
or a nation, a country, yet, to unveil hidden and devious mechanisms with regard to Poles and myslef,
yet, perhaps other nations could find some disturbing parallels as well.

A new Sunrise without Poles would not be the same, yet, it is near.

I strongly believe that we shall obey to the light of progress, based on fundamental norm,
freedom, as universal paradigm, from which every quality emerge as vibrant as sunrise, a new whisper
of hope and potential Poles deserve within global network of hearts, singular and collective
