Minutes of Meeting

At ABS & CO, Lahore

The meeting was attended by:

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Soofi and the purpose of the meeting was to provide an
update on the various cases being managed by the litigation and the corporate/transaction
team and to discuss ways in which the efforts of the team could be better projected to the
Clients.

Mr. Soofi emphasized that the litigation team had an outstanding record in the Courts and
had been dealing with inherently complex litigation and in doing so particularly praised
Mr. Raza’s efforts in handling bulk litigation comprising of multiple civil miscellaneous
applications for Banker’s Equity Limited (“BEL”) which he handled single-handedly
without any complaints from the Client or any complaints filed in the Court.

Most importantly, it was highlighted that the Clients have expressed confidence that the
team at ABS & Co has never engaged in any conflict of interest and has represented its
clients to the best of its abilities without any external influence. Mr. Soofi also
appreciated Mr. Gillani’s efforts and reiterated that it was important for the team to
market its achievements to the Clients.

It was brought to Mr. Soofi’s attention that ABS & Co had recently submitted a bid for []
and although it had scored the second highest on technical given its expertise in the
power sector, the tender had been awarded to a firm which had not scored extremely low
on technical grounds but had also misrepresented its standing.

Mr. Soofi was also apprised on the finalization of the formal engagement of ABS & CO
by Faisalabad Industrial Economic Development & Management Company (“FIEDMC”)

It was decided that:

 Mr. Raza will prepare a power point presentation for Pizza Hut and Mcdonalds in
order to provide the Client with a business/risk assessment which packages the
work that has been undertaken;

 Ms. Marium will look into the existing clientele and explore whether it is
commercially feasible to extract transactional/corporate work from them;
 Ms. Marium will be designated as the contact person for Pakistan School of
Fashion Design (“PSFD”) specifically in relation to their request for drafting of []
rules;
 Mr. Khokhar will prepare an opinion on []
 Mr. Khokhar and Mr. Mowahid will write to Punjab Power [] and bring it to their
notice that the firm they have awarded the contract to has not only misrepresented
its standing but also zero experience in the power sector;
 Mr. Mowahid will arrange a meeting with the CEO of FIEDMC in Faisalabad in
order to commence the channeling in of work from their end.
