MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Special Written Report ( re-OTBT One time Big time Operation)

I. REFERENCE : CN: PS5-0519-17-55.

II. BACKGROUND :

1. On or about 12:20 AM of May 19, 2017, SPO2 Dennis Morales (Intel Pnco)
requested to place on record that a reliable confidential informant (RCI) appeared in our
station with information that a person identified as alias “Soy-soy” was allegedly engaged
in selling illegal drugs locally known as “Shabu” along KM. 5 Buhangin, Davao City
particularly near Honda establishment;

III ACTION TAKEN :

2. That said information given by the confidential informant was immediately referred
to the Officer In-Charge JACK LEON TILCAG for verification, validation and for appropriate
action;

3. That after the said information was found actionable by the OIC, PCI JACK LEON
TILCAG immediately formed a team compose of SPO4 Joseph Limbaco, SPO3 Gregorio
Mosquisa, SPO2 Dennis Morales, PO3 Raul Tonzo, PO3 Ariel Arbole, PO3 Joey Lovedioro,
PO2 Bryan Shame Lausa, PO2 Michael Gonzales, PO1 Michael Caalim and PO1 Jeoffrey
Agohob and conducted briefing for the purpose of Anti illegal Drug Buy-bust operation
against alias “Soy-soy”;

IV. FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION:

4. That after the briefing, the team proceeded to Km. 5 Buhangin, Davao City for the
illegal drugs transaction but later transferred to Ilang-ilang Street, De Guzman Subdivision,
Sasa, Davao City and later resulted to the arrest of one HAROLD LABITON ALITAW alias
“Soy-soy”, 18 years old, single and a resident of KM. 12 Caridad, Sasa, Davao City when the
poseur buyer was able to buy illegal drugs (shabu) from him;

5. Based on the evidences confiscated from the possession and control of the Subject
person it is clearly indeed that he committed an offense.
 V. CONCLUSION/ RECOMMENDATION:

6. A Violation of Sec. 5 and Sec. 11 of R.A 9165 was already been filed at Regional Trial
Court 11, Hall of Jusice, Ecoland, Davao City;
