1. WHAT: Violation of RA 9165 (Buy Bust Operation)

2. WHERE: Purok 7, Zurich St., Brgy. Pulung Maragul, Angeles City
3. WHEN: Around 4:00 PM of January 17, 2018.
4. WHO: (Arrested Suspects) RICHARD SOLOMON y GIMENEZ (pusher), Filipino,
male, 27 years old, single resident of Ipil-ipil St., Pulung Maragul, Angeles City and
LIGORIO FRANCISCO y INESA, Filipino, male, 48 years old, married and resident of
Purok 7, Ipil-ipil St., Pulung Maragul, Angeles City
5. WHY: Gain Instant money for their needs.
6. HOW: Joint elements of DET Police Station 3 and personnel of this office led by
PSINSP NELSON C MENDOZA with the supervision of PCINSP FRANCISCO M
GUEVARRA JR. Station Commander, conducted Buy Bust Operation against Alyas
Richard (above suspect) who was reported to have been selling SHABU which resulted
in his arrest (Aka Richard) and his cohort (Ligorio) at Purok 7, Zurich St., Brgy. Pulung
Maragul, Angeles City. Confiscated from physical possession of suspects are the
following to wit:
Confiscated from Aka Richard : The subject of the deal one (1) piece of small
heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing crystalline substance of suspected
SHABU and two (2) pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
crystalline substance of suspected SHABU and Five (5) pieces of small heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Marijuana, were all placed in a brown
small pouch;
Confiscated from Ligorio : The pre-marked money one (1) piece of Five hundred
peso bill with serial no. DF434316 and three (3) pieces of small heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing crystalline substance of suspected SHABU which was placed
in a black small pouch.
This office is now preparing necessary documents for filing of charges against
arrested suspect. IOC- SPO2 Genaro Ardiente Jr with CP No 09994437546. Progress
report to follow.
