You need a baseline of industry functionality

your IT and data compliance approach. (For
many, either not having an IT staff or freeing
IT up to build IP, not manage software, is a
growth driver).
Choose a partner that really gets you
and your industry. Take a hard look at the
reporting and analytics capabilities. How

robust are they? Can you integrate with
other relevant data for analytics? Are there
add-on costs? Also, for growth, there are
licensing considerations. Are you paying per
seat? Or per total use?
I advise a license plan that makes it easy
for casual users to dip into the system. That

Finally, choose a cloud ERP solution with
a platform that is easily extensible in your
vertical, or where you can easily buy or build
new apps with partners.
