Preliminary

1.1 Background

Health is a very precious thing that must be maintained so that we can continue
to survive in this world. Health is very important, because it can not be purchased
be responsible for our health. Therefore, we must always maintain health. Is to
exercise regularly. In addition to exercise, lifestyle can also affect health.sport is an
activity that is done in such a way that the heart is quite burdened. Health although
sport is important, but there are still many people who have not realized it.

Many diseases are sourced from the wrong lifestyle, such as lack of movement
and exercise and less rest and forget to eat. People reasoned, they are too busy to
exercise though sport is very necessary. Exercise can also relive stress. Yoga for
example, this sport can cause peace of mind. Therefore, in this paper will be
written how important the exercise, so that people are not aware and change the
pattern of life. Many people are not aware of the importance of sports. But many
are also aware, but there are just a reason for them not to exercise. The reasons are
diverse, some are busy, lazy, and some say the sport is just a waste of energy and
time alone. Such thinking must be eliminated, because it is wrong, therefore, in this
paper will be shown the importance of exercise.

Theoritical review

2.1 Understanding Sports

Definition of sport is as one of the physical and psychological activities of a


person who is useful in maintaining and improving one’s health after sports.
“sports” comes from the ancient French descent which means ”Fun”, as well as the
oldest English language understanding found around. 1300 “all the fun entertaining
things for human beings” sports is one if the main sources of entertaining therefore
there are sports suppliers who are generally divided into several large and can
broadcast broader through sporting games.

Sport is a really busy activity to keep health. Sport is also one of the main
ways to reduce stress. Sport is also an active behavior that stimulates metabolism
as well as effects the benefits of gland in the body to produce immune system in
order to keep the body from a disease and stress problem, therefore , it is strongly
advised for everyone to do sports

2.2 Types of sport that are often done teenagers to adulthood

2.2.1 Jogging

Jogging is one sport that can be done to maintain health. No need to have
any special skills to be able to jog. everyone of all ages can do jogging therefore,
jogging. Therefore,jogging is one of the most common sport by doing jogging,
many benefits that can be obtained,among others creating a strong heart,which
smooths the circulation of blood and breathing. Accelerate the digestive problems.
Neutralize depression. Increase capacity to work and lead to an active life.helps
burn fat and overcome obesity. Can help overcome problems with appetite tighten
the leg muscles, things and back Make sleep more soundly.

2.2.2 swimming

swimming is one of the most popular water sports even very popular by anyone
because the movement almost involves almost all the muscles of the body, so it is
beneficial to health and keep the body fit. Swimming is very good for health
,because if we do one course ,such as freestyle, then almost all the muscles of the
body involved , so this sport is very useful in the last trimester of pregnancy, to
facilitate the birth process someday.aquarobics are perfect for people with join
problems, musclebone injuries, the elderly overweight and pregnant women.
So,this sport is suitable for everyone-beginner or adept swimmer or non
swimmer.although this sport can also be done by who can not swim,but can cause
discomfort.therefore, it is better to practice on a shallow pool so that it is more
flexible. This underwater sport is a fun experience because it keeps the body cool
and relaxed and keeps fit.

2.3 Benefits of sports for teens to adults

 Improve ability
Regular physical exercise can improve concentration creativity, and mental
health. Because exercise can increase the amount of oxygen in the blood and
accelerate blood flow to the brain. Experts believe that these things can
encourage better physical and mental reactions.
 Delaying the aging process
 Research shows that simple exercises such as walking on a regular basis can
help reduce mental decline in women over 65 years. The more often and
longer they do it, the mental decline is slower. Reportedy, many people who
feel the benefits of the activity after nine weeks do it regularly three times a
week.
 Reduce stress
Exercise can reduce anxiety anger. aerobic exercise can improve the ability
of the heart and make you more quickly overcome stress. Activities like
walking, swimming, cycling, and running are the best ways to reduce stress.
 Increase body resistance
If you love to exercise, though in a short but intensive, or long but relaxed,
this activity can increase hormones both in the brain such as adrenaline,
serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. This hormone plays a role in
improving endurance. Studies conducted in the UK showed that 83% of
people who have mental disorders rely on exercise to improve mood and
reduce anxiety.
 Improving self confidence

Generally the more adept someone in an activity, then the confidence will
increase. Even a study proves that teenagers who are active exercise fell
more confident than their friends who do not perform similar activities. Lazy
exercise on the grounds of lack of time in the long term impact is quite bad,
namely the emergence of diseases caused by hypokinesia (lack of
movement). Among these, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, heart,
arthtristis, hypercholesteromia, and obesity.

Analysis

3.1 The lazy human factor of sport

False doing or accomplishing something is common and must be experienced by


everyone. In terms of exercise, lazy is a pretty common thing too. this is usually
caused by 2 things:

 The fear of illness from sports. Pain that appears 1-2 days after
exercise is usually a deterrent experience, so people think twice if
invited to return to exercise. A training session with an intensity that
exceeds the body’s capacity is the culprit, as a crawling infant must be
forced to run.
 The lack of awareness of the importance of health and fitness. People
who do not feel the need to be smart usually do not diligently learn.
Similarly, people who do not realize the importance of hygiene will
usually be lazy to bathe. Likewise people who are less aware of the
importance of healthy living and fit will be lazy to exercise

 exercise should be done in open air or pollution free
 do every afternoon or morning at least 30 minutes

4.1 Conclusion
Exercise is a tool to stimulate growth and development of functional
physical, spiritual and social. Anatomical- anthropometric structures and their
physiological functions, emotional stability and intellectual intelligence as well as
their ability to socialize with their ability to socialize with their real environment
are superior, especially in the younger generation who activities rather than those
who are not actively following them.
Not matter how busy a person is, he should keep his health. because health is
very important. Good for the old and young, both the sick and healthy. Exercise
can also prevent and reduce disease. Examples are diseases related to blood
vessels.
