#1) The Alpha & Omega Sound of Life:

Om, Om, Om
[Om is the primordial sound. The whole universe both animate and inanimate is contained in Om. Om is the
equivalent of Amen. Om has three sounds: Ah, Oo, and Ma. The Ah sound has to be chanted at the root
chakra. Ah represents the waking state of consciousness and helps to take care of this world. Oo has to be
chanted at the heart center. Oo represents the dream plane and the other world. Oo gives us divine
awareness. Ma has to be chanted at the throat chakra. Ma creates sleep and material things. Ma has to be
chanted minimally.]

#2) Ganesha Mantra:

#4) Gayatri Mantra: Prayer to the Sun:

[Translation: Oh God! You are the giver of Life, remover of pain and sorrow, the bestower
of happiness. Oh, creator of the Universe, may You illuminate our intellect to lead us along
the righteous path.]

[This is a prayer to the Sun, who is the life giver. The purpose of this chant is to enhance the
potency of the life principles, including one's body, mind, and soul. As we chant the mantra,
visualize the sun's rays streaming forth into your body, mind and soul. Please remember to chant
this mantra on Sunday, the Sun’s day.]

knowledge and powers of the Tamil Siddhas and other enlightened beings. Pray to be a maha-yogi, one
who diligently, full-heartedly practices and has mastered 4 types of yoga: jnana yoga, bhakti yoga, raja yoga

#9) Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra

Om Tryambhakam Yajamahe
Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam
Urvarukamiva Bandhanan
Mrityor Mukshiya Maamritat
[Translation: We worship the Three-eyed One (Lord Siva) who is fragrant and who nourishes all
beings. May He liberate us from death for the sake of immortality, even as the cucumber is
severed from bondage to the creeper.i.e. By your Grace, let me be in the state of salvation
(moksha) and be saved from the clutches of fearful death.]

The Maha Mrityunjay is a mantra that is said to rejuvenate, bestow health, wealth, a long life,
peace, propsperity and contentment. The Mantra is a centuries old technique of connecting one
to pure consciousness and bliss.

The prayer is addressed to LORD SHIVA. By chanting this Mantra, Divine vibrations are
generated which ward off all the negative and evil forces and create a powerful protective shield.
And it is said to protect the one who chants against accidents and misfortunes of every kind. It is
a vibration that pulsates through every cell, every molecule of our body and tears away the veil of
ignorance. It ignites a fire within us that consumes all our negativity and purifies our entire
system. It is also said to have a powerful healing of diseases declared uncurable even by the
doctors. It is a Mantra to conquer death and connects us to our own inner divinity.

Known as the Moksha Mantra of Lord Shiva, Maha Mrityunjay evokes the Shiva within and
removes the fear of death, liberating one from the cycle of death and rebirth.

The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is very much a protector from accidents, mishaps and daily
calamities in the modern busy life.
Allow yourself a Miracle!
The Divine appears in dreams. We need miracles. It is stupid to disbelieve in miracles. We have
to allow them. Skepticism is negative. If we don't experience miracles it is because we don't let
them happen. Let miracles happen. How? By believing… By trusting in the realm of the Divine.
The realm of humans is hard work. Put everything in the hands of God. Pray, have compassion.
Then everything will be there. Don't judge things. The moment you judge things, the good
disappears. Remove judgment from your consciousness. If your hands are full, God can give you
nothing. You have to be totally empty. Every day, ASK for grace.
