Description
Slewing type Goose Neck Level Luffing Cranes are common
equipment at ports, handling bulk materials and unit cargo.
TRF has engineered and supplied the largest number of
slewing cranes in India.
TRF supplied Goose Neck Grab Duty Level Luffing Cranes
and Kangaroo Cranes are in operation at Kandla, Dahej,
Mumbai, Tuticorin, Chennai and Vizag ports. The four rope
grab cranes have capacities ranging from 10 tonnes to 26
tonnes and can deliver bulk cargo at 500 TPH. The largest of
TRF's Grab, Level Luffing Cranes is designed to deliver at
600 TPH for bulk material.

Description Crane
All the drives of the crane are provided with programmable
logic controller to achieve synchronized motions. Cranes are
also provided with safe load indicators, warning against
storm weather and air conditioned cabin and electric room.
Kangaroo cranes are provided with on board travelling
hopper, hopper weighing system, discharge conveyor and
discharge trolley with dust extraction system.
The operator's cabins are so located that the operator gets a
clear and unobstructed view of the unloading process. The
cabin is air-conditioned and ergonomically designed for
maximum comfort of the operator. The front screen is
mounted in the operator's console and displays details of all
operations enabling the operator to program according to the
unloading requirement.
