Bachelor Mechanical Engineering (Honours) at UniKL ICOLE (at campus UniKL MFI), would like
to request permission to conduct research at your company.

2. The purpose of this visit is to fulfill the subject Engineering Final Year Project requirements.
The proposed topic of my research is Mechanical Integrity Management for Plant Operation Asset:
Rotating Equipment. The objectives of the study are

 To study about the boiler feed water pump system

 To investigation main and basic causes of failures about boiler feed water pump
 To determine the consequences and likelihood of the boiler feed water pump to fail

3. I am would like to suggest the visit as information below:-
