This is to inform you that effective immediately approval has been rescinded
for the referenced Special Event based on discrepancies with the information

Deputy Administrator 1. The event commenced prior to the effective date of the permit. The event
was permitted to begin on Friday, February 2, 2018, beginning at 10:00

Assistant Administrator 2. A Temporary Noise Permit was not authorized for this event. Based on
multiple noise complaints within the area, the noise extended to a few miles
Robert Deatherage away from the event. Per the Osceola County Code of Ordinances, Chapter
Building Official 9 - Environmental Control and Preservation, Article IV. Noise, the
following is prohibited:
Ken Brown  Music, musical activities, singing, etc. which exceeds 45 Decibels
Customer Care Director (C-scale) From 7:00 a.m. through sunset and
 Music, musical activities, singing, etc. which exceeds 40 Decibels
Mahmoud Najda P.E. (C-scale) one minute after sunset through 6:59 a.m.
Development Review 3. Temporary signs were placed in conjunction with this event without
