Company: QD-SBG Construction
Project: Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar. Qatar Airways
Project Details: Consists of more than 50000 tonnage HVAC System including-DX Coil, PAC, Centrifugal
Chillers and VRV for the Airport facility management.

Responsibilities:-
 Preparation of Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual maintenance reports.
 Preparation of Maintenance schedule according to OEM standards.
 Co-ordination with clients, consultants for AMC maintenance, repairs and trouble shooting of air
conditioning equipment's
 Perform the required assessment needed, check and evaluate of the equipment condition
 Checking material delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, Specifications.
 Review Construction Contractor/Vendor design data, drawings, Maintenance Manuel to ensure performing
work as per the requirement, standard & application codes.

Organization: HPCL-Mittal Energy LTD.

Project: Guru Gobind Singh Refinery, Bhatinda, Punjab, India.
Project Details: Consists of more than 3000 tonnage HVAC System including-DX Coil, PAC, Chillers, VRV,
and VAM for the refinery facility management.

Responsibilities:-
 Responsible & in charge for O & M activities of HVAC System
 Leading and driving the development of HVAC operation, materials as per requirement, sequence of
operations.
 Identify root cause of failures and implement quality long term solutions
 Preparation of Maintenance schedule, monthly invoices, work orders, MPA'S quotations.
 Acts as UD representative in dealings with vendors, manufacturers, and different Industrial Relation Depts.

Project & Client: Arcelor Mittal Tubular Products, Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia, Arcelor Mittal.
Project Details: Joint venture for the design & construction of a seamless tube mill in Saudi Arabia
consists of 5 buildings with centralized air conditioning system(PAC) around 600 tonnage and also 58
Electrical & control stations building with different split air-conditioning system and ventilation fans
(Including duct able split & FSU).

Responsibilities:-
 Primary duties include selection of equipment's ,duct routing, detail design engineering of HVAC system
involving heat load calculation, and guide the draftsman in the drawing preparation.
 Performed calculations of heating & cooling load of HVAC systems, plumbing systems and equipment
selection and schematics of above systems.
 Experienced in project management and ability to do prioritize job & multiple tasks simultaneously and
reviewed of mechanical shop drawings, designs & drawings of contractors, performed tender documents, cost
estimates, attended meetings with client, contractors, vendors and other representatives.
 Preparation of Excel based worksheet for material requisition, data sheet & specification for different
equipment e.g., facilities pipes, HVAC and plumbing, equipment summary according to suppliers' and vendors'

Project Details: Jubail Refinery owned by Saudi Aramco will produce a high proportion of white products
such as diesel, gasoline, LPG, petrochemicals, and jet fuels from low cost heavy crude.

Responsibilities:-
 Performed detail design of HVAC systems, heating and cooling load sizing calculations and other
calculations of projects with make-up air, ventilation controls, airflow-distribution, pressure drop, pumps, etc.
 Checked layout & installation drawings, schematic drawings of air flow, ducts, fans, hot & cold water
supply, drainage water and etc.
