participation in fair/exhibition.

 Following Enclosures must be Submitted with Application Form:

1. Copy of LCCI Membership Certificate

2. Copies of Passport(s) of the person representing the organization/firm.
3. Six photographs of each representative of the firm (white background).
4. Cash/Cheque of Rs.500,000/-(per stall as an advance) in favour of LCCI as
participation fee/stall rent.

5. Rs.25,000/- as LCCI Service Charges (not refundable in case of non-issuance of visa)

6. Visa Fee will be separately paid by the Applicants themselves.
7. Detailed Company Profile (no application will be entertained without company profile)
8. Bank Statement of Company and Personal for the last six months
9. Blank Company Letterhead

 Terms and Conditions:

1. In case of non-issuance of visas, the stall rent will be refunded but LCCI Visa Processing
Fee will not be refunded.

2. The participation fee/stall rent will not be refunded if once the selection of firm has been
made and visa endorsed. Moreover, if any firm is unable to participate in the event due
to any reason (after issuance of visa), participation fee/stall rent will not be refunded.

3. LCCI will recommend and assist in obtaining visa from British Embassy but the final
authority lies with British, Islamabad to give or refuse visa.

4. The representative(s) of the firm shall fully abide by the rules and regulations in true
spirit and will not act in any manner prejudicial to Pakistan’s interests and prestige in the
host country and LCCI.
