1. Installation:
 Installation is easy and needs just a few clicks.
 Once downloaded just go to Extensions  install/Uninstall to install the package.
 Package Installer makes your work easy by installing everything at one go. Later you configure
everything as per your needs.

2. Configuration and data settings:


Once you install the package you can find this component under the components menu. Click on
that or you can also click on any specific submenu. If you click on the main component you will come
to this page:-

This is main Code Seller Control Panel

2.1 Component configuration. This can be accessed once you click on options on top right.
2.1.1 General configuration.

 Store Information: saved information (in store)


 Store name:
 File Upload Configuration: configuration to upload files
 Upload Path: the path to store files
 Allow Extensions: allow downloading extension files, for example, doc, docx, gif, zip,
etc.
 Payment configuration: configuration for payment.
 Payment Method: methods of payment for customers. For instance, PayPal, 2CO,
etc.
 Paypal ID: your account on Paypal.
 Paypal mode: mode of payment through Paypal.
 Moneybookers ID: your account on Moneybookers.
 Image Configuration: configuration for images.
 Allow Extensions: extensions of image files which are allowed to upload.
 Max size: the size of uploaded image files.
 Display Configuration: configuration of displaying.

 List length: the length of displaying list.
 Max Description Character: the maximum length of description.
 Currency Configuration: configuration of currency.
 Default Currency: type of currency used in payment.
 Currency Display: type of currency displayed.
 Discount Configuration: configuration of discount.
 Discount: number of percentage in discount.
 Social sharing: social share.
 Social sharing: allow or disallow sharing.
 Template:
 Default template: display template.
2.1.2 Email configuration.

 {name}: Customer’s information

 {active_date}: Date of activating product.

 {products}: Detail information about the product.

 {total_price}: Total price paid.

 {transaction_id}: Encrypt transaction.

 {order_id}: Encrypt product order.

 {full_info}: Detail information about customer and customer’s products.

2.1.3 E-mail Configuration: Email configuration


 Store E-mail: Email of website administration.
 Store E-mail Name: Name of website administrator.
 Admin Notify E-mail: Notification email to confirm payment of adminstrator.
 New Order Placed: Send an email to admin when a product is paid.
 Order Actived: Automatically activate products when products are paid or send email
to administrator to activate.
 E-mail To Buyer: Send email to Buyers.
 Thank You E-mail Message: Email to thank customers after finishing product
payment.
 Request Active Order E-mail Message: Email sent to customers to require product
activation.
 Pay Later Thank You E-mail Message: Email sent to customers after finishing
payment.
 Order Actived Notify E-mail Message: Email to confirm of product activation.
 Administrator Notify: Send email to website administrator.
 New Order Placed E-mail Message: Email sent to admin after a product is completely
paid.
 Order Actived E-mail Message: Email sent to admin to activate product.

2.1.4 Message configuration.

 Use URL: Use or not use link to display message.


 Message URL: Link to display message.
 Message Title: Title of message.
 Message content: Content of message.
 Message: Notification message.
 Thank You Message Page: Message to thank customers for buying products on
website.
 Cancel Message Page: Notification message when customers cancel a product.
 Pay Later Page Message: Notification message after customers finish payment.

2.1.5 Permission Configuration.

This is very important for you to understand. You need to configure this properly in order to make the
component work properly. You need to enable free download for guest if there are any products you
are giving for free. Also suppose you need registered users to download after pruchase you need to
enable that option too. You can check below,if you don’t do it won’t work:

2.1.6 Integration of this component

 User Field Configuration: Configuration of using customer’s information field when paying
product.
 Field Name: Name of fileds.
 Visible: Show or not show.
 Required: Required or not required.
 Jomsocial: Use com_Jomsocial fields
 Community Builder: Use com_Community fields.
 Integration Configuration:

 Community: Use Jomsocial fields or Community


 Comment:
 Permission Configuration: Configuration of permission.
 Download: Subjects allowed to download files.

 Purchase: Conditions for buying products.

 Rating: Subjects allowed to evaluate, comment on product.

 Comment: Subjects allowed to review.

2.2 Adding Categories.
2.2.1 Set up products categories.

Clicking on new will take you to the category addition page, where you can create new categories.

2.2.2 Order details.
Once a order is placed you can check order details in order page as shown below

2.2.3 Product management.


All the products will be listed in the products page as shown below.

2.2.4 Add a new product.
For adding a product, you need to click on new and then it will take you to add product page. You
have several tabs where you need to provide details of your product and also on the right side you
can specify the price of the product. If nothing entered in price it is considered as free to download
product.

You have option to add images or you can also provide extra links such as links to JED or demo links
or documentation links etc.
