Action Plan

 Senior IT leaders and strategists should:

– Dive in now, not wait.
– Ensure, at minimum, that all senior IT leaders and strategists become
fully conversant in:
 AI technology's strengths and limitations, including the lack of scalable,
general-purpose executive smart machine technologies and what that implies.
 AI components, notably DNNs and how their models are constructed, trained,
tested and implemented in real-time runtime systems.
 AI use cases potentially relevant to their business and industry.
