    Day 1- February 27, 2018

    8:00 – 10:00 Final meeting for the task of every 4th year students
    10:30 – 12:00 Preparing the materials and paraphernalia’s needed for skills fair 2018
    12:00-1:-00- Lunch Break
    1:00 – 3:00 Designing the simulated hospital

    Day 2- February 28, 2018

    7:00-8:00- Preparing the materials needed like tables, chairs, microphone and final
    couching for the actors and actresses
    8:00-9:00- Registration of all nursing, pharmacy and rad tech students
    9:30- 10:00 Explaining the process flow and announcement of groupings
    10:00 – 11:00 Group 1
    11:00 – 12:00 Group 2
    12:00 – 1:00 LUNCH BREAK
    1:00 – 2:00 Group 3
    2:00- 3:00 Group 4
    3:00 – 4;00 Group 5
    4:00 – 5:00 grade computation, awarding, and closing remarks
    5:00- 5:30- Cleaning of simulated hospital
