Yes! I would appreciate it if you explained a little

more deeply the one about the character’s knowledge
of Death Eaters. The person I’m applying for, Amelia,
is not characteristically someone I see too interested
in the war yet seeing as she has a long way to go
(development wise), I’d really like her to be more
involved in the plot. So, yeah. I think talking a little
more about this rule will help.

1. Amelia is a planner. She has a
tendency of making lists,
researching and planning out
her every step-in order to
achieve her goal. However, 3.
she never seems to take that
first step and put the plan in
motion.
2. Being the final and only
female heir of her bloodline,
the Hufflepuff carries a lot of
expectations on her shoulders,
all of which she is to meet.
Because of this, Amelia has
never truly taken time to find
herself and what she likes,
instead she focuses on
following the footsteps to what
she’s been told is the right
path perfectly.
She is a rule follower,
obedient in every sense of the
word; to the point that when
her father introduced her to
his friend’s son and claimed
the young man showed
promise (aka, a good catch),
Amelia made him her first
boyfriend and stayed with him
until her father lost interest.

To put it in a nutshell, it could be said that

Amelia Bones was practically born into a
‘successful wizard boot camp’. Every day of
her life consisted on working to be the very
best and meet her family’s standard. She
couldn’t afford to let them down; after all,
she was a Bones and had a reputation to live
up to. This meant every move, every decision
the fifteen-year-old ever made in her lifetime
was solicitously analyzed. Up to now, Amelia
did nothing she wouldn’t consider
stimulating to the persona she was to grow
into.

What makes your character unique
that they bring to the roleplay/why
did you choose this character?
In the wizarding world we see a lot
of people dealing with the same
issues Amelia has been fighting with
her entire life. However, the littlest
Bones has given the dilemma of
living up to a persona and working
with instilled beliefs a refreshing
twist. You see, Amelia Bones is a
half-blood; meaning, she is no
pureblooded elitist and cannot
appeal to the argument of having
superb genes because in total
honesty, she did not.
‘ as she wants that to happen and as
Nonetheless, miss Bones was still
expected to be at the top of the
game. Despite the lack of an elite
status due to heritage, the Bones
family was still well known for their
unnerving excellence. They were
living proof that one did not have to
be of pureblood in order to be a
remarkable wizard and Amelia
couldn’t be the exception.
Personally, I choose to apply for
Amelia because I see tons of
potential in here. She’s grown to be
a picture-perfect daughter, a carbon
copy of each and every Bones
woman that came before her. All
that she aspires to be in life is to be
a successful member of her family,
meaning she is to do everything that
the title entails. However, as much
much as she plans ways to achieve
it, the odds don’t seem to be in her
favor at the moment. Her entire
family has been sorted into
Ravenclaw yet Amelia was now a
member of Hufflepuffle. In this
moment the fifteen year is away
from the controlling hand of her
father and is failing in her life plan;
right now, anything is possible with
Amelia.
Have you played this character
before?
Nope. First time playing any HP
character actually, so I might be a
little weird at first but I’ll be sure to
do my research and warm up to the
character!
Any ships or antiships you want to
share?
Prepare for an unpopular opinion, I
don’t ship James and Lily. In my
eyes it’s too cliché, it’s the
troublemaker and good girl story all
over again with some tiny twists
that don’t do much to differentiate
it. I feel like they don’t add to each
other’s character.
Someone I do ship? No idea.
Probably an out there relationship,
something people normally don’t go
for. I’m all for relationships where
instead of everything being for the
better, it all takes a bad turn. I like
negative influences on characters
like Amelia, idk.
