Abstract. Based on the reading "Microscale Heat Transfer", problem 6-80 will be solved in which it is asked to
determine the temperature difference between the temperature of a circuit board and an air current. We will take
into account for this specific case, that heat transfer occurs by means of forced convection. In forced convection,
fluid is forced to flow on a surface or in a tube by external means, such as a pump or a fan. It is important to mention
that some dimensionless numbers will also be used, such as Reynolds, Prandtl and Nusselt, because of their physical
meaning.
