I am writing this to advise my intention for the new position at CCAD as a Solutions Architect.

I have come to know the position as you had recommended me to Sir Meynard and had
accepted the position offered. I appreciate it and thank you for the recommendation. It has
been almost three years since I joined Logic Solutions Inc. under your team as post sales
engineer and I really enjoyed working in this organization especially under your management. I
learned a lot and have benefitted both professionally and personally.

It is with this that I am seeking your approval for me to transfer to CCAD as a Solutions Architect.
Please let me know what I can do to assist with the transfer of my responsibilities before I leave.
