1 Conclusion:
Capital market is recognized as a vehicle for rapid economic development through
mobilization of available resources in a country. The liquidity, solvency and efficient of
the economic system of a country can be better accomplished by capital market.

DBL Securities Ltd, one of the successful brokerage house in our capital market, is trying
to improve the level of their performance from the very begging of their business. The
firm always follows the rules and regulations provided by the DSE, CSE, and SEC. As
the performance of the firm is improving day by day, the existing investors are getting
involved with this firm. To make a very good capital market DBL Securities Ltd has very
little contribution but they are trying to contribute more in this capital market and trying
to bring back the investors confidence by working with DSE, CSE and SEC.

Finally I want say that, a strong capital market acts as a vehicle for growth of the
economy. If the capital market becomes strong, the economy of the country will be
developed. Therefore, it should be the joint responsibility of regulatory body, all the
participants of the capital market and the government of the country to work for the
betterment of capital market.

5.2 Recommendations:
To overcome the weakness and problems the following recommendation can be offered:
 DBL Securities Ltd should open some branches in some commercial area to
provide the capital market facilities to the existing and potential investors.

 For protecting the interest of the investors, the firm needs to appoint an
investment advisor to guide the investor in investment decision process.

 The firm needs to be involved with a merchant bank to provide the loan facility to
its clients.
 DBL Securities Ltd should give margin trade facilities to its maximum clients.
Through this facility they can retain the existing client and can attract the
potential clients to come and involve with capital market through DBL Securities
Ltd.

 Existing floor space of the firm is not sufficient. To sustain and expand business
advertisement can play a great role. That’s why the firm needs to go for more
advertisement.

 There is no facility for the woman clients to trade securities. Another step to
enhancing trading amount compare with other securities house by executing
different trading facility for female. Because the number of females of investors
are increasing day by day in securities market.
 The firm should penalize the customers dishonored cheque.
 The firm should appoint few marketing executive.
 The firm should introduce on the job training system which will reduce
dependency on the key employees.
 To motive employees the firm should give some financial and non-financial
support.
