 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he
should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken,
and shall he not make it good? Behold, I have received commandment to
bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. — Numbers 23:19, 20
The nation Israel, reborn after numerous centuries, has a significant
place in the future of this world all out of proportion to its size and
number of people. This little booklet tells why and how, according to
the Holy Scriptures.

dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and
Jerusalem shall be called a city of
truth; and the mountain of the
LORD of hosts the holy mountain.

Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout,
O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all
the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
The LORD hath taken away thy
judgments, he hath cast out thine
enemy: the king of Israel, even the
LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou
shalt not see evil any more. In that

In those days, and in that time,
saith the LORD, the children of
Israel shall come, they and the chil-
dren of Judah together, going and
weeping: they shall go, and seek the
LORD their God. They shall ask the
way to Zion with their faces thither-
ward, saying, Come, and let us join
ourselves to the LORD in a perpetual
covenant that shall not be forgotten.
