Sesame :
Ni ibyo kurya bishinzwe umurimo wo kuvura. Akaburo kayo gakungahaye muri
vitamini B, F hamwe na vitamini E. ifite n’imyunyu mwimerere ikurikira :

Umuceri ni ikinyampeke gikoreshwa cyane. Umuceri urakungahaye cyane mu

ubwarirwa mu byo kurya byihuta mu nda mu kunozwa. Ufite vitamini A, B1,
B2, B6. Utera igikuriro, wongera imbaraga zo gutuma ibyo kurya
bikwirakwizwa neza mu mubiri. Uruma imitsi yumva n’ubwonko bihagarara
neza. Umuceri ufite n’imyunyu mwimerere, tukaba twavugamo: Kalisiyumu,

Akamaro kanini kari mu mpungure zacyo zikuze cyangwa zumye (Impungure
mu Kinyarwanda ; intete mu Kirundi ; punje mu Kiswahili ; graines mu
Gifaransa).
Ibigori bifite isukari hagati ya 70 na 77%, inyubakamubiri kuva kuri 7-10%.
Bifite amavuta hagati ya 3-5%, n’imyunyu mwimerere, cyane cyane fluore,. Iyi

Iyo zitashye mu rwagashya, umuntu atangira kubyibuha atarushije abandi
kurya, kugeza ubwo ubunini bumuhindukira uburwayi, cyangwa ugatangira
kuzimiza ibiro utari wica amasaha yo kurya. Inyota izaba nyinshi utavuye
gukora, ukihagarika kenshi utarushije abandi kunywa, ukifuza kurya kenshi
ibidateze kukuyoboka.
Indwara zinjira mu bwonko, ukananirwa ari ntacyo wakoze, ukarundarunda
agahinda kandi ubwinshi bwako butenda kukumara irungu. Urudubi rukaba
rwinshi mu bitekerezo, maze gahunda nziza zikabura aho zishinga ikirenge.

bagurisha impano zabo. Nk’indi mirimo yose, uwo kuvura na wo ufite
amasezerano yo gukomeza abiyemeje kuwukora.
“Mbega imigisha bazahabwa, n’ubwo badafite ubuhanga bwo
kubwiriza abo barwayi, bakora uko bashoboye bagatela abandi umwete, kandi
bakabafasha kugira ngo babone amahoro y’iby’umubiri n’iby’Umwuka. Avenís
bari mu mwijima, ntibakimenya iyo berekeza, ntibazi inzira yo gucamo. Reka

Ikindi tutakwiyibagiza, ni uko umuntu wese ushaka kumenya, imbere
hahora isoko idakama yo kuvomerera ubuhanga bw’abifuza kumenya.
Twahawe ubushobozi na Rurema bwo gutekereza, kwibaza no gutoranya.
Nyamara duhisemo kudakoresha izo nshingano, amaherezo ubushake bwacu

Ikindi dukwiriye kumenya ni uko indwara ziterwa n’ingeso mbi
n’agahinda, tugomba gusobanukirwa ko ba nyirazo bafite uruhare runini mu
kuzīvūra. Kandi ntimwibwire ko ingeso mbi ari indwara yoroshye. Umuti wayo
uboneka ari uko umuntu yiyunze n’Imana akanayikorera.
“Umaze kugirana ubumwe n’Imana hamwe n’abamalaika bera, bene
abo bibera mu kirere cy’ijuru, ibyo bikabazanira ubuzima bw’umubiri, intege
mu ntekerezo hamwe n’umunezero wo mu mutima… Umunezero uzanwe no
gukorera abandi ibyiza utera umwete ugurumana mu muntu w’imbere,
bikavugurura imitsi yumva, bigatuma amaraso agenda neza, bigatera amagara
mazima mu ntekerezo no mu mpagarike.” (Umurimo w’ubuvuzi, p. 328-329).
Inama ku basomyi, abigisha n’abavuzi, murasabwa gusoma

ruhande nzababera ubahagarariye mu ijuru. Data ntazita ku bwandure no

kuzimiza imbaraga zawo mu Kenya gato. Nk’uko amaraso ari wo aduha kubaho,
ni na ko urukundo rwa yeso rukwirakwira mu migabane yose y’umubiri we, ari
ryo torero. Turi ingingo za bagenzi bacu, umuntu umutima we wanga guhereza
abandi ibyo ufite, uwo mutila uba wiciriyeho itera ryo kurimbuka. Byamarira
umuntu iki gutunga ibyo ku isi byose, niyakwa ubugingo bwe? (Jésus Christ, p.
