A. UMUGAMBI W’UMWANDITSI

B. IJAMBO RY’IBANZE

Umugambi w’ibanze ukomeje kuba wa wundi wo kubagezaho ibyo


kumenya kwivura. Twifuje kubagezaho ibanga ry’umunezero Imana yacu
yaduteganyirije tutarabaho, ikawuhisha mu byo yaremye. Ibyo Imana itwifuriza
ni ukubaho neza no kuzagira amaherezo meza.
Muri uyu muzingo wa gatatu tuzashishikariza abantu kumenya
kwirinda. Mubanze kumenya ko indwara atari umushyitsi muhire. Aho indwara
itashye, harangwa n’ibi bikurikira:
- Amahoro make,
- Igihombo cy’ibintu n’abantu,
- Inkomyi zibuza ibyiza kubaho,
- Umwiryane no gusebanya,
- Indwara zishobora kuba gatanyamiryango.

C. AKAMARO K’AMAZI

KUVURISHA AMAZI (HYDROTHÉRAPIE)

Kuvurisha amazi bisaba ubwitonzi no gusobanukirwa ngo ubanze


umenye indwara uvura uko imeze. Hariho urugero na gahunda idahinduka

E. INDWARA ZO MU MARA

mu gifu. Zigakiza impatwe, kuziba ko mu mara, ibisebe no kubora ko

kuritwa mu nda.

3. Kenkina : gutogotesha ibishishwa bya kenkina (quinquina) cyangwa


kuvanga ifu yayo mu mazi bishobora gutera umuntu ibi bikurikira :

Kongera imbaraga mu mubiri no mu bwonko
Irwanya kuziba ko mu mara.

litiro imwe y’amazi bimarane isaha imwe. Ujye unywa amatasi 3 ku munsi
mbere yo kugira icyo urya.
Gutogotesha agace k’akayiko gato k’ifu ya kenkina mu mazi y’ikirahuri,
ugashyiramo ari uko amazi amaze gutogota. Mbere y’uko ugira ikintu urya,
unywe itasi imwe, ubikore gatatu ku munsi. Kenkina ifite n’izindi ndwara
ivura :

4. Time (thym) : iki cyatsi kirwanya gucikagurika no kubora kw’amara

Amavuta ashinzwe gutwika intungamubiri ngo zinjire mu maraso, isukari na yo
ikomoka ku byo kurya binyuranye, umurimo wayo ni ugutanga imbaraga.
Ikindi cyitonderwa : Ni uko ukoresheje amavuta mu buryo burenze urugero,

Akamaro k’uburo
Uburo burakize cyane muri fosifori, manyeziyumu, ubutare, silise, fluore,
manganeze, isukari, inyubakamubiri, amavuta, amavitamini n’imyungu ngugu.
Ni ibyokurya bikenewe ku bantu bakora imirimo isaba ubuhanga no kujijuka,
uburo butera ubwonko guahgarara neza, burakenewe ku bantu bafite amaraso
akennye, burakenewe no ku bantu bafite amagara mazima, ku bashaka kugira
amenyo meza, inzara (ongles) n’imisatsi myiza. Ni cyo gikoma kigenewe
abarwaye igituntu.

Akamaro k’ikigori
Akamaro kanini kari mu mpungure zacyo zikuze cyangwa zumye (Impungure
mu Kinyarwanda ; intete mu Kirundi ; punje mu Kiswahili ; graines mu
Gifaransa).
Ibigori bifite isukari hagati ya 70 na 77%, inyubakamubiri kuva kuri 7-10%.
Bifite amavuta hagati ya 3-5%, n’imyunyu mwimerere, cyane cyane fluore,. Iyi
fluore ni yo ishinzwe gutunganya imvubura (glande) yitwa tiroyide. Ibigori
birinda amara, bikayatunganya, kandi ntibyangiriza ururenda rushashe mu
mara, bigira akamaro ku bantu baribwa mu mara, abana bakunda kumererwa

ukabirisha ibinyamiteja, uba uriye ibyo kurya bifite intungamubiri zihagije.
Igikoma cy’ibigori ni cyiza ku mpinja zitari zatangira kurya, kuko birinda
umwana gukomera mu mara, akituma neza.
Imisatsi y’ibigori na yo ifite akamaro kenshi. Ufashe imisatsi myinshi y'ibigori,

G. WARI UZI KO!

Akamaro ka rubamba (Aloès)


Wari uzi ko rubamba ari igiti gifite akamaro kuruta uko benshi babitekereza?
Ikize kuri vitamini A ivugurura amaso, igatera ubuzima bwiza mu ruhu,
ikarinda utugingo duto duto two mu mubiri. Ifite vitamini B1, bituma itera
imihore gukura neza, igatanga n’imbaraga mu mpagarike. Ifite vitamini B2 na
B6 ishinzwe guhuriza hamwe imisemburo ituma urwagashya n’indi mvubura
yitwa tiroyide bikora neza, bikayobora neza ihindagurika riba mu mubiri,
rishinzwe ibyinjira n’ibisohoka bikajya kuri gahunda ikwiriye. Ifite vitamini B9,
iyo itamini irinda amaraso gukena kandi ikavugurura amaraso ntuku ashinzwe
guhindura ibyo kurya amaraso. Ifite vitamini B12, iyo vitamini yo ubwayo

Rubamba ifite na vitamini C na E. ayo mavitamini yombi iyo ahuriye mu

Akamaro ka rubamba ni uko ifite n’imyunyu mwimerere myinshi, irenga 20.
ifite kalisiyumu na fosifori byombi bitera amagufwa gukura. Ifite potasiyumu
irinda kuva imyuna (hémorragie). Ifite ubutare bwongera amaraso no gutuma
umwuka mwiza witwa iksijeni winjira mu ngingo. Ifite sodiyumu ituma indurwe
igendana n’amazi mu maraso ikarinda amazi kwirundanya hamwe, ni yo ituma
amazi asohoka neza mu ngingo no mu mihore. Ifite klore yongera imbaraga
z’imikorere y’ingingo, ikirukana imyanda yonona umubiri. Ifite manganeze na
manyeziyumu, iyo bihuriye mu maraso bituma inyama zikora neza. Ifite
umuringa (cuivre) ishinzwe kumererwa neza kw’ingingo. Ifite krome ishinzwe
gukoresha neza imisemburo ikomoka mu rugimbu rw’amavuta turya. Ifite
n’ibyitwa zenke, uyu munyu ushinzwe gukangura no gukoresha
inyubakamubiri mu gusana ahangiritse.

Rubamba ifite n’ibyitwa acides aminés
