Duties and Responsibilities

Here are the duties and responsibilities of Engr. M.A. Al-Mamun, Assistant Engineer (Civil)
 Maintain structural integrity and maintenance of building of Sublime Greentex Ltd.
(SGL), Executive Intimate Ltd. (EIL), Executive Greentex Ltd. (EGL)
 Adequate action taking in all structural and non-structural elements;
 Determines cause of structural failures, damages, and defects through site investigations;
 Provides reports detailing investigations and corrective action plan (CAP) of
reimbursements to the structure;
 Will work as a load manager to maintain the design load as well as to prevent violation;
 Conduct training on structural load and operational load management;
 Ensure floor loading limits and described on the floor load plan;
 Ensure floors acceptable loading markings such as storage area, walls, column and floors;
 Develop and maintain required documents, design drawings and relevant documents;
 Other relevant activities concerning with structural and load management.

Structural Integrity Program & Procedure (PDCA Method):
Policy Statement: The management is committed ensure as safety of the building and works
environment as taken the below programs.
Program:
 Load Management
 Building Maintenance
 Building integrity follow-up inspection

Under a program for Load Management and Sustainable Building Integrity system the
management is committed to do the followings:
 Daily & Monthly load assessment
 Observation of floor load capacity
 Training on load management

Managing Director:
- The implementation of policies aimed at controlling the load management leadership
position to execute and administer.
- If any policy changes or additions that he/she approved the plan.
- Quickly take necessary steps within suitable time which negotiable with anyone take.
- Beyond all the other work load management directly or complaints regarding the power
of the unit are subject to consultation with all lawful and legitimate way to quickly
deliver solutions.

OD:

- With officials workers all the production of this policy is the right way to discuss the
subject.
- Load management work in the factory should be done by effective way and be aware of
the miserable and regular monitoring.
- To control the load management work immune advice need to be implementation on
regular basis for the regulation and monitoring.

Responsibility of DGM Maintenance:

- Under load management program with all officials this policy need to be execute
correctly and discuss about this.
- Load management work in factory need to be done properly, beware of that by regular
monitoring.
- To control the load management work need to be implementation carefully and make
regular monitoring.

Responsibility of Factory Engineer:

- According to the checklist need to be reviewed periodically.

- Load need to be monitor by floor load capacity.
 - Load need to be maintained by document checklist.
- This type of complaint if become paramount importance then it needs to be send to
deputy general manager for proper solution.
- Load management of the work plan adopted for regularly reviewed.

Responsibility of the Safety Officer:

- Safety policies for the work of the workers need to be informed.

- If any complaint which is related with load management came to building engineer then
he must quickly try to solve it by lawful way or inform to DMD.

Responsibility of the Compliance and Security person:

- Workers and supervisor always be observed directly.

- Mark of floor aisles must always be clean and keep smoother.
- Be informed about the height of the floor load mark.
