1. Further improve the cooperation mechanism and enhance the

2. Strengthen the tourism infrastructure construction in GMS and

human resource development;

3. Promote the implementation of "GMS Tourism Sector Strategy,"

and develop GMS tourism products;

4. Actualize the promotion and marketing of GMS tourism resources

and travel routes;

5. Construct a "GMS tourism circle", and actively build a single

tourism destination in GMS;

6. Promote the GMS travel facilitation, and strive to achieve a single

GMS visa system.
