Perform this procedure when changes to AMRs need to be reviewed.

Prerequisites

AMRs must have had changes made within the period.

 Review this report to view what changes were made to the asset master record, when the
change was made, and who made the change.

Procedure
1. Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code. The Changes to Asset Master
Records screen displays.

2. Click Execute (F8) . The Display Change Documents screen displays.

3. Click down arrow to view additional change records.

4. Click V1 changed by and notice the field name value was changed.
5. Double-click Asset: 903663-0 Civil Design
Engineering . The Display Change Document Item
screen displays.

6. Click Technical Value field to the right of Transaction code field . This was the
transaction that was used to change the field.
7. Click Exit (Shift+F3) . The Changes to Asset Master Records screen displays.
