QUESTION 1

Peah Gebab, a cosmetic products owner, wanted to build a factory on the land she bought at
Cyberjaya Selangor. However, after submitting his plan to Majlis Perbandaran Sepang, the
local council rejected her plan and stated that the land is only for residential purpose.
Furthermore, the name appear on the land title is still the previous owner not her. Feeling upsets
with the situation, she seeks your clarification on these matters:

(a) Definition of land and classify its uses. (15 marks)

(b) Indefeasibility of title (10 marks)

PART B (10%)

QUESTION 1

Bob is an art lover. One day, Bob went to Ayu Art Gallery to buy some paintings. Suddenly
two security guards, Adnan and Ramli approached him and said, "You are required to go to
the management office for suspected theft". Before Bob can do anything, Ramli pulled Bob's
arm and dragged him to the office, in the presence of other visitors. When Bob struggled to
free himself, Adnan kicked Bob's left leg. 80b was forced to wait in a room with both of them
for two hours. Bob was released when the manager was satisfied with his explanation. The
manager apologized for the unpleasant incident. Despite that, Bob insisted that he would
take action.

Advice Bob whether he will be successful in his action. (25 marks)

The requirement for assignment must be Spacing 1.5 and Times New Roman
12. Each question must be answered NOT MORE THAN 1000 WORDS.
Provide the word count at the end of contents.
d. Bibliography. List of Books, Materials, articles, websites used for assignment.

3. Assignment must be individual effort or maximum two persons. Please submit your
assignment on 22 DECEMBER 2017 BEFORE 12 PM. No marks will be given
after that time lapsed.
