Recruitments/ Ensure effectiveness of the set recruitment process

 Planning & preparing of Job Description (JD)


 Job posting on various portals
 Handled whole process of Recruitment viz.screening, shortlisting,
 Lined up candidates for interview,
 Recruited all levels from senior to junior levels.
 Coordination with vendor for vacant positions
 Short listing of CV’s & screening of candidate
 Planning interviews with coordination of line managers, candidates & vendors
 Handling HR interviews
 Salary negotiations & joining formalities
 Maintaining Dashboard
 Maintaining weekly MIS & reporting to Core Team
 Select right/suitable candidates with in minimum time span
 Develop & maintain database for recruitment
 Track & analyze performance of sources of recruitment like consultants,
Employee referrals, Job sites etc & re-align if necessary
 Close All Band 1 to 2 open positions within 4 weeks & Band 3 within 8 weeks
of search initiation

Resource Planning & Management:


Responsible for Manpower planning, resource forecast and projections taking into
account the floor staffing. Actively involved in recruitment of Technical Managerial &
supporting departmental staff through walk-in, campus, job fairs & in house Interviews.

 Induction to new joinees.


 Preparation of training schedule.
 Arrangement of training program for the existing employees.
 Implementation of training schedule.
 Taking feedback from the trainer & the trainees.
 Report preparation after training taking training feedback.

Employee Relation:

 To be the first level of interface between HR & Operations for all HR


related initiatives and query handling
 Ensure implementation of HR initiatives on the floor such as POF, HR
Forums, PMS, Satisfaction surveys, etc.
 Ensure timely completion of Appraisals for all teams on the floor; KRA
and Appraisal Audits and Performance Awareness sessions conducted for all
employees TL and above
 Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from agents on the floor
and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines
 Responsible for the roll-out and closure of Internal Job Posting (IJPs) on
the floor within specific time-lines; Identifying tools of assessment/ selection in
co-ordination with the OD team and implementing the same for IJP selection
 Ensure coverage of all batches in POF within one month of going live
and ensure action planning for all Post Orientation Feedback (POF) conducted
every month for the process. Meet up with batches to understand concerns
during the training period.
 Ensure coverage of 25% employees every quarter (who have completed
6 months with the process) through HR forums conducted for the process.
 Ensure closure and communication of Employee Listening mechanism
action plans jointly with Operations.
 Ensure Confirmation process is run efficiently in the process; meet up
with all employees.
 Conduct regular refresher training on HR policies for both agents and
Team Leaders to ensure clarity/awareness on HR policies and procedures.
 Ensure the monthly MIS for the process is sent to Corporate HR MIS
team by the 31st of each month. & client report on evry 1st of the month.
 Ensure the monthly Payroll data for the process is sent to Corporate HR
Payroll team by the 15th of each month
 Ensure employee concerns relating to salary, insurance claims, food
coupons are resolved within committed timelines
 Resolve queries regarding settlements and ensure quick resolution
of the same.
 Conduct Exit Interviews for resigned employees and escalate issues, if
any, arising of the interview.
 Ensure clearances for resigned employees are completed within
committed time-lines
 Investigate and give out PDAP/DAP to employees found in violation of
process/ company policies
 Ideating and devising Engagement activities for the Floor
 Responsible for controlling attrition and assist in development of policies
and procedures to ensure staff retention
 Counsel CCOs in any problems that they face.
