As we know that cross-culture understanding (CCU) is a study taught in English

language courses, which in Cross Culture Understanding course we can learn an

understanding that is the understanding of cultural differences in the form of an introduction
of foreign cultural differences in life or in the study of an inter-State habit which aims to gain
an understanding of the cultural differences and customs of the two States, in particular the
culture of westerners such as the culture of the American society as well as the culture of the
British society.Then, the notion of culture itself is in the form of the result of the nersumner
taste and initiation of the human mind itself which has been passed down through generations
into a kind of life view of a society or nation itself, which is transmitted from generation to
generation and becomes the foundation for its owner , so that every person or society must
have its own culture, and culture is also part of a civilization.
And in short the Cross Culture Understanding course also gives us the idea that the
difference is beautiful and also able to give an idea of how we are to address a difference
especially in culture. With the interview conducted will increase our knowledge about
culture, customs and life in the English-speaking country. Well, the knowledge on the Cross
Culture Understanding course is very necessary for us students who want to study abroad, or
want to work, and even just to travel abroad, so by studying Gross Gulture Understanding we
will know how the customs and habits of people in the area to be addressed, and also so that
we can avoid the name of cultural misunderstanding. So, with the existence of this course As

language and cultural behavior of others, know the principles of Cross Cultural
Communication and practice it in communicating with others. The need to learn the Cross-
Cultural Communication is increasingly felt because the more open our association with
people from different cultures.Then another important thing is that we learn about the
subjects of Cross Culture Understanding (CCU), then we will understand and understand how
to behave and how to deal with differences in the culture and rules that apply in a society or
the country.

before they went abroad, especially the English-speaking country.
